This place is always a damn hassle. They forget meds every month and I have to pick up the pieces. The young college students don't know anything and add to the mess ups. Now they claim they don't have a payment card on file....AGAIN! How many times do you need it for it to save in y'all's system? Absolutely ridiculous. I'm moving all my stuff over to Kroger. Poole’s had been the most consistent pharmacy I’ve ever used by far. Always got to be your own advocate of course and double check but that’s just good practice

I've been here 6 times already, and since I'm a little younger than their normal clientele, they stereotype and literally fill nothing. So if you need anything more than antibiotics or look different than them, they will turn you away.

I love this location and the people that I met when picking up amazon orders. Recently I got a liquid medicine that needed to be compounded. So I immediately thought of Pooles! I love supporting local even though their price was quite a bit higher than other options. When I got home there were big chunks of the powder medicine in the bottle. Not just a little that shook up at the bottom but chunks that were not dissolved. I took it back the next day and there was an undertone that I was complaining and it was not a big deal. She took it back and said she shook it up more. But the bottle had less content in it when she brought it back to me. So it makes me think that she strained out the chunks of medicine. ? The script was expensive for me. I hope I am getting the right dose.

We have been using Poole’s for years. The staff is great and the prescriptions are a great price. Today I used their minute clinic for my son. It couldn’t have been a better experience. Everyone was so nice. It was quick and easy.
