Susan at this location did not only not explain the shipping process but told us we would at least have part of our order in while a couple items are on back order until August. I was already hesitant having to wait for two chairs for five months but Susan explains that we will at least have the dining set in within 2-3 weeks. We’ll come to find out shipping will be on hold until FULL order is ready even though part of the order is ready to be shipped out. Customer support explained this is the case since we do not meet the split shipping requirement. If I would have known this before placing the order I would have ordered each item separately.

Poor customer service. I received absolutely no acknowledgement from sales staff. Not even a hello while I was there for quite a while. They seem to be only interested in assisting Caucasian customers. LOL! They made me feel so uncomfortable - similar to Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman SMH!!

Love Pottery Barn! And our local East Cobb store is excellent. Friendly, helpful staff - every time I visit, whether I buy or not, they have great suggestions. We just redecorated our master bedroom and I couldn’t be happier

Clean store and the staff was super friendly. They have a lot of good items. We only came for throw pillows, and they had a ton. Walked out of there with a happy wife.

Zero stars: we ordered a bed set, the 28th of November 2022 that wasn't even on backorder. It's mid February and we're still waiting our bed. I can only *guess* that the Pottery Barn company and distribution hub are either severely understaffed and/or desperately unorganised. I call every day and most of the time, the customer service agent is unhelpful because there is still no estimate as to when I'll finally be able to schedule a day for delivery.On top of that, the dresser and night stands we did finally receive are extremely poor quality. Drawers don’t close, it looks plain cheap and it came with a ton of Knicks and chips. Not worth the couple thousand dollars we paid AT ALL.Needless to say, we will never order anything from Pottery Barn again.And I write this to save others from the same frustration.

It’s so rare these days to get amazing customer service, so when it does happen, that person deserves a shout-out. Thank you to Heather for helping get a botched situation straightened out. From the word go, Heather was friendly, nice, helpful and genuinely concerned about my order. She wanted to make it right! I thank you so much for your help and for being such a top-notch employee. You represent Pottery Barn well, and they are lucky to have you!

Pottery Barn website said that they had a particular item in which I was looking for, they did not have the item I was looking for it would be nice if they updated their inventory online to match what they have in store.

Poor quality furniture for the price. I had a $1,300 glider chair completely break and become unusable after less than 2 years of owning it. No warranty. Customer service is no help and couldn't guarantee the part they recommend would work as there was no picture or description of it. Also, that part takes 5+ months to ship.

If we could give a 0 star review we would. We purchased a couch on August 31, 2022, with a commitment that the delivery would be on, or above, October 8, 2022, order number 322422869600.On October 7th, we received a call stating the delivery had to be pushed out to October 24, 2022. On October 24, 2022, we received another call stating that delivery of the couch was now pushed out to November 17, 2022.Now after the third re-schedule of the delivery, we were frustrated but was assured by the delivery personnel that contacted me, the couch would be no later than November 17, 2022. After not receiving a delivery, and not being contacted, we contacted Pottery Barn again on November 19, 2022, to see where our couch was, to our surprise we get informed the delivery is now pushed to December 7, 2022.Due to our level of frustration and Pottery Barn's lack of empathy and concern about the situation we contacted the delivery location and spoke with a very rude individual that would not give his name.This person stated we just have to wait. He stated they had trailers still at the delivery location from July 2022, that had not been unloaded yet, and it was going to be several more weeks to months before they even got those trailers unloaded.Now this is ridiculous, Pottery Barn charged our credit card over two months ago but has yet to delivery the product we purchased. The customer service representative we spoke to offer to give us a full refund, but that is not what we want, we want the furniture we order, WE HAVE WAITED LONG ENOUGH.New buyers beware, their product quality is good, but their commitment to on time delivery and customer service stinks.

I ordered my daughter's bed back in April. Projected delivery was September. They charged my credit card fully in July, but then pushed back the delivery date to October. October came and went, and now the delivery date is between November 9-30th. This is not a custom or special item. I tried contacting customer service and I have gotten ZERO reply. The only saving grace (and reason for 2 stars vs 1) is that I also ordered my son's bed in June, fully charged in August- a CUSTOM ITEM! but it was actually delivered in October... After reading several other review of the same problems, I am about to dispute with my credit card company this charge and see what they can do. PB should not be collecting a full payment for an item that is not ready & scheduled to be delivered.

Poor customer service. Despite being the only customers in the store and plenty of employees around, no one wanted to come help us. Despite an hour long wait to purchase dinnerware, they said they didn’t have it in stock in the end.
