Prime Storage was awesome to work with. They made it easy to use their space with great clear directions and easy access to the units. I would recommend them to anyone needing an outdoor storage unit. Finally their staff was always friendly and very helpful.

The absolute worst storage facility. Canton Rd manager is rude and unprofessional. I have been trying to fix my lease date since day one. It’s been 10 days and still hasn’t been fixed. They have a 2 week cancellation requirement that they DO NOT tell u about. The manager of canton rd should be fired. they do not answer the phone. Steer clear of this place. It’s bad
