Laquisha Reese (Shay) was very helpfull patient and very nice wile we figured out an online issue we had while the renting process of the storage unit. Very thankful for her quick thinking and skills.10/10 Recomend this place.well maintained and good security for your things.

Ashley was very unprofessional she didn't communicate well with the clients she didn't communicate information like she should have this has by far been the worst experience i have experience in my life I also believe she was trying to sell or give my belongings away to her friends

Was told I had to go into the office to cancel insurance I never put on. Went in almost a year ago and they still are charging me: can't get an answer from their Corp. the on-site manager says I have to dealWith customer care. Been there 3 years and the rent keeps increase but Secure ,Care down the street for a 10x25 is $162 but I'm paying $450 a month for a more ran down property. Vacating my 3 units the end of the month and moving into Secure Cate

The absolutely worst storage company that I've ever had to deal with. Call can transfer on a half hour then get transferred to the next layer of the onion for half hour then get transferred again and again and again and again. Beware!!

This place has psychotic employees that seem like they were recently released from a mental institution!! I was there on Saturday morning 7/9/22 around 9:30am to look for a unit. It was raining heavily. There was no one in the office. So, I sat in my car and waited. It seemed like forever. Finally, someone showed up and I approached the person. I didn't know if she was a customer or employee. I said, "Hi" in a nice friendly manner. She looked at me as if I'm bothering and annoying her. "Yeah??!?" I responded that I was looking for a unit and waited for a while. While I'm saying this, rain is pouring down on me and I'm standing in water and my shoes are soaked. Immediately she angrily replied in a raised voice, "I WAS GONE FOR A FEW MINUTES, I WAS NOT GONE FOR LONG TIME!!" I didn't respond to the comment since I didn't want to argue with her. I wanted to get right to renting a unit and get on with my day. But she wouldn't let go. She wanted to argue and fight with me over my comment about having to wait for her. She was fixated on it. She is psychotic and wanted to attack me. She never said, "Hello Miss Customer, how can I help you? Let's get out of the rain." None of that. Then I followed her into the office so I can get out of the rain. She went right back into verbally attacking me over my comment about waiting for her. "I WAS NOT GONE FOR LONGER THAN 10 MINUTES!!" On and on. She wouldn't let go. She could have easily said, "I'm sorry for stepping out, I had an emergency, how can I help you?" Switch the conversation to helping the customer and get right back to business. None of that. She wanted to attack me over waiting time repeatedly with anger in a raised voice. Then she threw her bag of food on the table. So, I left. She is psychotic, angry, scary, unprofessional, unfit to do this job and picking fights with customers. I felt unsafe for myself and my personal belongings. The entire time I only spoke no more than 3 sentences in a calm professional manner, and she was verbally attacking me the whole time over waiting time. Can you believe this? Needless to say, I went to another Public Storage facility a few miles away and signed a lease with a much more sane, calm and professional store manager. I also reported Miss Psycho to the Public Storage corporate office and customer service. They agree, their behavior is unacceptable.
