I needed a bit of help this morning, and I have to say that Jay solved my issue, offered further solutions, and lifted a huge burden off my shoulders. he was kind and friendly, and provided top notch customer service. by far the best interaction I've had in my 5 years at this location. he's management material!

I explain to him The purpose of me being here I have a handicap Daughter that I could not leave in my car and was unaware of where the unit was. He was so very nice and understanding and assisted me with that issue. He is well mannered, compassionate, and very understanding and directed me to the unit that I needed I was agitated frustrated and he made everything so easy and calm for my daughter and I wanted to let you all know how grateful I am for his excellent customer service once again thank you Mitch, if I could’ve given you 10 stars I would have

We had a warm welcoming from Jay as we inter into our unit he was very sweet and help with explaining everything to us. Jay was alert and even handed us ice cold water seeing that it was hot and had three small children with. This man was very helpful and went far beyond his duties to make sure we felt welcomed

Great experience! The facility is clean and easy to get to. Mitch was fantastic! He showed me the different size units and helped me pick the right one for my needs. Mitch and Milo were great!

If you need a new storage unit have it at this location! Not only are the units great here but the people that work here are amazing! They are so helpful and really want to work with you NOT against you! I always ask for Mitch at this location because he’s been so helpful with any questions or concerns I’ve had!

An Absolute Lifesaver – Jay is the Best!
I cannot recommend Jay enough! As a student juggling classes and the stress of an upcoming move, the thought of putting my belongings into storage was just another overwhelming task. However, from the moment I met Jay, I felt completely comfortable, secure, and respected. He went above and beyond to help me, demonstrating truly excellent customer service every step of the way.

The site manager at the Kennesaw Circle location, Jay, was so helpful through the process. I had mistakenly signed up for the Cobb Parkway location not realizing it was not temperature controlled. He help me switch and get my money reapplied. Jay has been extremely responsive. .
