Ebony was great she really took me and my husband out in the rain to show us the parking space. I told her it's ok it's raining. Ebony exact words were it's my job. I definitely respect and appreciate Ebony being so professional Thanks again Ebony

Wished the hours of operation were longer, closes at 6 pm. The $1 first month promotion is misleading, there's an admin fee and it's only on certain units, no one walks away paying $1 for 30 days. Unhappy with the overall price, I paid $53/month for a small unit (5×5). They did store my stuff for 4 months without anything terrible happening, so I'd give 2 stars. Next time I'll try somewhere else.

I wish I could give this place a 0!! The whole downstairs has mold, and just about all of my things were ruin--my bed, table, clothes, and family heirloom all trash. Items you can not replace! I went from a full 7.5x10 to leaving out with three boxes and a couple of pictures. I lied to multiple times about my claim, which Celeste has never filed. She has also stated that I will not get anything from the damage and how Public Storage does not pay black people. Please do not rent from these careless, ruthless people; they have RATS, and MOLD Celeste nor Public Storage do not give a damn about you!

Moldy old shithole. Assholes about move out rules. Left stuff here and came back and it looks like this, they are saying if I can't clear the unit today I get charged for whole next month. Raised the rent from around 130 to 202 over a couple of years.. for this shithole.

BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS. They lure you in with great specials, then jack up rates within 3 months. When the local manager asked district mgr to honor my original rate, she was told I "didn't deserve a discount." (Despite renting two units!) I deserved to have the original rate they offered, and I agreed to, honored, to be treated with integrity. Go somewhere else; I am!!!

I rented a storage unit at 2514 E Piedmont Rd and vacated on February 28th around 5:45 PM just before closing. The property person said they would check my storage unit in the morning and for me to take my lock off. Well I got billed for the following month of March. I went back to the property on Sunday, March 8th and after reviewing my records I was told they see the last entry was at 5:55 PM on February 28th. I would be contacted about aa refund. Here I am today without a refund. I phoned back in and referred to the corporate office and only given the name Lenssa at 770-516-3834. I called the number which the directory accepts last name or leave a voicemail after the beep. Well, I was not given Lenssa last name nor there was any beep. So a very strong caution when vacating, make sure the person checks the same day and that you receive an email confirming.

I rented a 5x10 unit here for about 10 months. I never had any issues with the unit or the staff, who by the way are great (Ebonee and Maraya--not sure if I spelled her name correctly). The few times that I stopped in the office, these two ladies were always friendly and cordial. The one issue that I had is when I vacated the unit. The lady who was there (someone that I had never seen before, whose name starts with an N), apparently didn't do her job properly and I sensed this because I received no paperwork or anything (which it would have been an email). My gut feeling led me to call the storage facility the next day to confirm that my account was properly closed out. As my gut was telling me...it wasn't. The lady did not close out my unit on the system, which means that had I not had the foresight to call and double check to make sure that I was all closed out, I would still be showing as actively renting the unit. While this new person was nice enough, she needs more training or to find another job. Other than that hiccup, I recommend this storage facility for your storage needs. A. Anderson

This place is INFESTED WITH RATS!!! I have two storage units. One is conditioned and the other is the typical outdoor unit. BOTH of my units have rats feces, urine and chew marks on everything I have had stored. We had our entire lives in storage for the last two years while renovating. Everything we own is ruined. We have paid monthly to this facility $390 for two years. Yet the storage insurance we pay monthly for is only willing to offer $250 in total for vermin damage. STAY AWAY!!! This place has not taken responsibility at all for the infestation.

Customer service was friendly, Celeste set me up for success. Easy and trustworthy! Definitely recommend .
