I Called this location this morning and spoke was a person name summer she was very helpful and informative about my new move and storage. She made me feel like my belongings will be safe and I just want to say thanks summer for having great customer service and being here for me when needed. Keep up the good work!!

just started renting the unit on 4/22/25 and the price has already increased. it’s like as soon as i started using it, i get a letter in the mail saying the price is going up! why can’t i keep the price i signed up for? terrible experience!

This is the BEST Public Storage in Marietta! Mitch was so helpful and personable. He really made my moving experience a lot less stressful. The manager gave me a call welcoming me into my unit. I’m really appreciative.

We had a very positive experience with this Public Storage facility, especially since we were overseas for over a year and needed a space to store our cars. Mitch was super helpful with pricing and all things logistical.

Was having issue at another one of the properties couldn’t get a clear answer for everybody just happen to stop in at this location and Mr. Mitch was a huge help in helping me better understand my issues…. next time I need a storage unit, I will definitely use this location.
