I recently rented a unit and had an excellent experience! I’ve rented from here before and Celeste is amazing. The facility is clean, well-lit, and secure. They are always incredibly helpful and friendly, answering all my questions and making the rental process smooth and easy. I appreciated the variety of unit sizes available, and the prices were very competitive. I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of storage solutions. Thank you, Public Storage, for providing such outstanding service!

Jill is amazing! She helped me manage my storage unit as well as helped me to downsize to a smaller unit. She also helped my father for several days straight with his unit. She was polite every step of the way. She should train others on what true customer service really is. Several times she called me when I was about to be late on my payment. Can’t thank her enough!

Just be aware of the massive increases in rent that you'll experience. It just went up 20%...again!!! The contract legalese of course mentions that rates are month to month, but the price increases are astronomical.

The absolute worst facility I've ever seen. Between the access keypads being down for well over a month and the elevator not working, I couldn't even get into my storage unit that I use for work for 3 weeks. When I couldn't get into my unit I couldn't get in touch with anyone to help me get access. I find it hilarious that they raised my rates a few months earlier only to find out during this debacle that they removed the people working in the office in lieu of a kiosk. I was told I was going to get a free month of rent, I was given $50 off the next bill so I packed my stuff up and left. Oh and the doors still didn't work properly when I moved out. It's a storage unit facility, it's not that hard

Everything is very well maintained, the process on move in day was extra smooth. All the employees have been very pleasant and professional. Great customer service!!!
