I was very disappointed with my belongings, the condition was hideous, however the the young lady Jade was was very professional in attending to my needs and went above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable, she was very caring and concerned, which is hard to find in customer service today, because of her actions and the way she handled my situation, I will not go into details of the experience. Her actions and caring for me as a costumer was off sterling worth, I've used this storage since 2017, and again in 2022 and currently a costumer. I do hope they keep this young lady Jade she's a breath of fresh air to this facility. You guys should have her training other employees. The best attendee you have had, just my opinion. I just want to say how much I appreciate the property manager at this Public Storage location. From the very first day, they made everything super easy and stress-free. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions without rushing me, and even helped me find the perfect unit for what I needed. Every time I’ve come by, the place has been clean, secure, and well taken care of, which honestly makes me feel a lot more comfortable keeping my things here.
What I like most is how friendly and professional they are they treat you like a real person, not just another customer. That kind of service makes a big difference. If you’re looking for storage, I definitely recommend this place just for how well it’s managed.
