As a vegan, I have a tough time ordering food at sub places. Publix offers a couple vegan subs, but not all locations or employees are willing to make it. Well, today that was not the case. Starr and Cendy went above and beyond to make me a vegan sub and make doubly sure I had the right vegan ingredients. They were SO busy with a line of customers during the lunch rush, and they still made me feel like I was the most important customer in the store. I highly recommend this Publix Deli especially if either Starr or Cendy are working. They were so attentive and apologetic to all the customers during such a big lunch rush. These two definitely deserve a raise. The sandwich that Starr made me was DELICIOUS: white bread, vegan ranch, vegan meat (don't remember which brand), morning star bacon, violife vegan cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, jalapeños, salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar. 10/10.

The food at the bakery is fantastic - Carrot Cake - all cakes, are especially great. The manager and staff are always very helpful as well. I go there over any other bakery.

I'd suggest if you're looking for a decent Publix sub, don't go to this location!!! I ordered this online and while picking it up I did not see the pick up location. I asked the older man working and he was pretty rude in assisting me to the correct area, acting as if I should have known where to get my sub. When I get home I see that NONE of my toppings are on my sandwich. I called to get my money back and was told they could not see the order online and I had to be in store for anything to be done. I think as most would do, if I'm ordering a sub online I'm not opening it until I get home. This place sucks overall & I will not be back & I suggest you don't go as well.

I'll preface with the fact that I generally appreciate the public experience. As a whole, quality and customer service far exceeds most grocery stores, which is why I prefer to drop into Publix stores. This particular location, however, has left us disappointed on more than one occasion. The common denominator? Freshness. At least half a dozen times, we've ordered the infamous Pub Sub from the deli. Lines are usually long, and I'll give grace to the timeliness of the staff, as I know it is still hard to stay fully staffed at businesses these days. Either way, the bread for the subs are always at least a day old. Hard and crumbly, which ruins the sub. Furthermore, we've encountered similar situations for their adored fried chicken tenders. Our daughter and my husband are big fans of the deli chicken tenders. This most recent time - among many other times - the chicken was dry and tasted as though it was left out all night under a heating lamp. We ordered three tenders and had to pick off most of the dried out ends, leaving only about a bite or so of viable chicken. This consistent lack of quality from the deli at this location isn't traditional of most Publix's, hence why I was compelled to write a review for this particular location.

The pharmacy here is AWFUL multiple times they've told me my prescription is ready and then I go to pick it up and they say they're out of stock and don't know when it'll be back in stock. Not super helpful with customer service either. Started going to a different Publix pharmacy a little farther away to get the same prescription and better service

I will definitely come back. The secret to good customer service is to employ people who like their job and do it well

I just can't complain. The store is clean, the employees are friendly. As many customers mention the employees are always willing ( unlike Kroger) to take me straight to the item I'm looking for. They don't point to the direction. One day I'm sure they'll call be by name, because I'm in the store often enough. Also the managers have come out to greet me and take my cart to the car for me. The managers have introduced themselves and state if I have any concerns to ask for them.

I can't give this Publix a five-star review like the other ones I frequent. And that's because its constantly out of items I stop in for. And when I finally decided to stop being lazy - and walked my self over to the customer service desk for a rain check - the associate refused. She said she could only write rain checks for items that were on sale. And this item wasn't 'on sale' - it was 'on special.' When I pushed - she tried to explain that the item has to be in the flyer. I insisted on speaking to a manager. After much eye rolling and sighing - she turned around and walked 2 feet to get the manager from office immediately behind her. I'm pretty sure he was privy to the entire exchange. No apology - no acknowledgement that she was incorrect. He simply advised her to write the rain check.

We moved here from Michigan and could not get over how wonderful and friendly the Publix stores are. Every employee greets you and asks if you need assistance. If you do, they will walk with you to the aisle to make sure you found the product. If you didn't find something in their store they will order it from another store and call you when it is ready to pick up. The foods from their deli and bakery are yummy and it is easy to see why Publix stores rate number one in all the polls. You may pay a little less at Krogers but they have nothing to offer if you want to feel acknowledged and appreciated. Keep up the good work!

Got back in town late and Publix was still open. Don't go in here too often, but first thing I noticed was how clean the store is kept. That being said, the prices were higher than other area grocery stores. I needed help looking for a brand of coffee, and it was difficult getting an employee to help me, but when I finally did get someone to help me, they stuck with me until I got exactly what I was looking for. Good selection of meats, but again, they are way more expensive than area grocery stores. A gallon of milk was $1.30 higher than nearby Kroger. Publix is ok in emergencies, but if you have to watch your spending like I do, don't go here. Everything is way too expensive

I always shop at this Publix and always get great service, but I wanted to make a comment on this particular day. i went to Publix on the day before thanksgiving at 3PM to pick up all the stuff that I forgot. That place was packed with staff stocking and helping customers. I had people coming up to me helping me find items and recommending others. Then when I went to check out I didn't even have to wait in line and the store was jammed. They even had enough staff on to help everyone out to their cars with their groceries. Wow, that is a good manager!! Great job guys!!
