Continuously having problems with this pharmacy. 3 times in a row I was notified my prescription was ready for pick up, only for me to arrive and be told that it actually isn’t. Today after 4 days of waiting for a restock, the older female pharmacist with glasses and an accent gave me nothing but attitude when I showed her the price in my confirmation text was much less than what she rang me up for. Will absolutely be switching back to Kroger for all future refills.

Extremely poor experience here. Instead of filling a prescription right away that was sent over from the dentist (required for severe pain), pharmacist K. Sanders made me wait an hour and a half to fulfill a 6 pill prescription, because others were ahead (none of whom were there, in person…. waiting). After I explained the urgency and pain, she said there’s nothing she could do, and that I could come back in an hour and a half.If I could give this pharmacist zero stars I would. She clearly has no regard for patients and the medications they need.

If I could give a negative number I would. A 1 is too high for the ASSISTANT pharmacist Kristen. I’m so disappointed with this pharmacy. I’ve been a long time customer of this pharmacy. Today, I had a fishing accident and had a hook stuck in my forehead. The doctor called the RX in and left it on the answering machine. I went to pick it up a little after 5pm. The pharmacist said she didn’t get the RX for Keflex (a common antibiotic) and even if she did, she wouldn’t be able to fill it because she was getting ready to close the pharmacy. Granted the pharmacy closes at 6pm,NOT 5:15. It’s Sunday. She proceeds to tell me that she has been working all day (Sunday hours so not even an 8 hr day) and she needed to fill 23 prescriptions and needed to take out the trash. If she filled mine, she would not make it out by 6. Now I’m in the medical field as well and I’ve been in my office til 8pm many nights for emergencies. That’s why I’m in the medical field. We are supposed to help others. This pharmacist is young and needs to learn what it truly means to be a health professional. I’m so disappointed with this place. I’m sure nothing is going to come out of this. Sad to have to deal with a “health care” worker like this. She needs a new profession. I’m moving all of my prescriptions along with my families. Can’t deal with this person. If she is the assistant manager, just think of the ones that aren’t in a managerial position.

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Never had any issues with any Publix pharmacy until now. Lazy and slow people, never have anything ready and then try and blame you for it. I have given them multiple opportunities to redeem themselves out of convenience really, and they're still awful time and time again. Moving my prescriptions elsewhere.

We have to been going to this pharmacy for over a decade. They are nice people but they are failing. They never have things ready on time. They tell you it will be ready. And it’s not. They are hours and days behind. It’s has been months of this chronic behind schedule. I miss the pharmacy I remember. If looking for a pharmacy, don’t pick this one. You will never get your meds without calling and begging.

Although I have not received my prescription yet, I wanted to say thank you for helping me and facilitating the transfer of my prescription from Walgreens. Walgreens’s has been unable to fill it and no date on when it will be available to me.

Publix worked hard on customer acquisition and lost it today with Shyamal's lack of customer service... or, well, even a sense of human empathy. Sharing the medication will not be available for 3.5 months should be followed with alternatives to help address the situation rather than a flat version of "Computer says, 'no.'" Publix Pharmacies should further be empowered to provide a corporate follow-up contact besides a 1-800 number. #raisingthebar

Had problems getting my asthma medicine I needed urgently from other pharmacies. Came flying into the pharmacy right before closing and Vito was so kind to get it filled for me right away. Thank you so much!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. There have been a couple of staff who were not great, but there is always someone to pick up any slack. The pharmacists are great. Of all those who work in this pharmacy, Linda is my favorite. Always helpful, smiling, knows what she is talking about.

today I was at the Publix pharmacy and I want to leave my indignation behind because the service and the terrible staff are very rude.

I was getting all my drugs here. They have change front counter people. Do not care about the customers do not even say thank you and very rude. This happened to me 2 times today. Two different people to rude people. These people need to resign from customer service. Go back to the original way, kroger here i come.

Great pharmacy, good service, knowledgeable male pharmacist, multitasking. Some of the female pharmacists seem unfriendly, biased, uncaring as if.....the pharmacy staff mostly is great, some outstanding, one so so

Transferred from Walgreens initially due to a previous bad experience. The staff at the Piedmont Commins Publix have been incredible.

I just moved to the area from the Tampa, Florida area. I grew up with Publix and they were the store others were judged by. A Florida Publix is renowned for the superior service and why I shopped there my entire adult life (I'm 58). Now that I'm in Georgia, I can't help but notice the service that separated Publix from its competition is non-existent here in Georgia. In the three months I've been here and shopping my local Publix not once has anyone offered to take the grocer
