Some of the pharmacist are pleasant, while others not so much. Some the assistants are quite rude, no communication. It's as if we are a bother to them..

TERRIBLE it’s all can say, I called yesterday September 3th asking about my refil, the lady says it’s not ready yet. So iam assuming in couple hours, I called this morning again September 4th 10:20 am and the same lady says my refil will be only available on the 19th. I ask how if this possible if I get my refil every month on the 2th or 3th and I get the answer “well, I don’t know” then I say should I call my doctor and again with attitude she respond “I guess so”… unbelievable how this lady treats people, it’s not enough being sick or depending on meds she wants to make sure you feel worse if you need their assistance! Publix Pharmacy needs to do something about it !

I went there to fill the same script I fill every month. Pharmacist has a terrible attitude. Difficult for the sake of giving a hard time. Left and went to Walgreens. Friendly and fast. Publix needs to hire nicer people in their pharmacies.

Stopped by this location for the first time and it was pretty terrible. I went to go by two dozen donuts from the bakery and the lady scolded me because I didn't place my huge order online ahead of time even though there was plenty sitting out. I actually made a complaint to the store manager and he was nice and apologized but I won't be back. I felt like I was at Kroger.

My favorite Publix. It's become very quiet since the new Kroger but that helps me actually . I no longer use the pharmacy as that was a disaster. Customer service needs better trained staff as the lines yesterday were terrible. Very annoying they don't do anything about illegally parking in wheelchair spots. It happens all the time. In general the staff are nice. Especially the lady from Poland.

This is my first post and normally I am not the person to post something on this platform but enough is enough. The pharmacy at this Publix location is one of the worst pharmacies I have ever experienced. I order my RX through the automated voicemail machine or on the app. However when I go pick up in store, they tell me it is going to be a 30 minute wait. Every Single Time. The staff is so rude. The pharmacist himself looked at me with disgust when I walked up to the counter to check in on the status. They all look like they hate their jobs & that it is inconvenience for them when a customer to walks up.

Normally shopping is a pleasure but not at this location 2900 Delk Rd SE, Marietta GA. Picking up some meds, pharmacist says, be ready in an hour, coming back after an hour, pharmacist said be ready in 15 minutes, coming back in 15 minutes and still not ready. What a way to waste people’s time. Go to Kroger across the street, you will save time and money

This is the worst Publix by far. If I could give it zero stars I would. Jashai has a TERRIBLE attitude. The woman who was bagging walked away as soon as we started checking out so we bagged our own items. Jashai did not greet us or tell us to have a nice day, balled my receipt up and handed it to me. The bathroom was disgusting.Such a shame when Publix prides Itself on "where shopping is a pleasure." This location is embarrassing. Do better Publix.

The last 2 prescriptions had no side effects included in the packaging. I have to ask for it now. I guess this is like the Covid vaccine... "informed consent" with search engines blocking 'side effects'. I can ask the guy across the street with the blood clot.

I hate this publix. They have such lazy employees, they never speak to you, never any registers open maybe 2. Always have to go to self checkout cause the lines are backed up into the isles and take forever. Some employees just standing around watching everybody wait forever. Bananas are always 5 hours away from being brown. I just hate it. Never had a good experience in there. I'll go out of my way to shop at another Publix because this location is so not how the rest of the publix stores are. They SUUUUCK

My favorite publix! The employees all are super kind and helpful. The items are well stocked and clean. Good deals and great quality produce. Attaching also soup schedule photo.

I called this morning to verify receipt of my prescription, which they had, and was told it would be an hour wait until filled. 90 minutes later I came to pick it up and they had to pull a regular store employee to assist with checking out customers. I was told "It's almost ready, just a 5 minute wait." I called back 20 minutes later and was told it would be another hour. This is the first and last time I'll use their pharmacy.
