I recently purchased my second Lincoln from Pugmire Lincoln. My salesman was Sammy Davis. He was a consummate professional. He was friendly, knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted. He worked with the pricing to get me a very fair and equitable deal. My experience with the service department has always been very good. I trust Pugmire and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

Absolutely terrible experience w/ the service and collision departments. We were quoted three weeks for repairs and our insurance company paid in full at the start. They delivered the car over three weeks late (had the car for 8 weeks) and throughout the process were dishonest regarding how long it would take, where they were in the process, etc. To top it off, when we picked up the car one of the electronic issues that we were assured multiple times had been fixed was still broken. I strongly recommend against using Lincoln Pugmire for service or collision work.

My new truck did not have bed tie downs. When I returned they were unable to get them installed. I was told to return the next day which I did. They were able to install 3 but told me I would need to return the next day to get the fourth one installed. Very bad customer service

A customer walks into the showroom at Pugmire Lincoln (1-11-21) and is greeted by the sales person. The two casually saunter outside on the beautiful bright sunny January day to discuss the trade of a used 2020 Nautilus. When it is learned that the vehicle does not include some of the features that is required by the customer the salesman suggests a certified pre-owned 2021 Corsair. The customer agrees to test drive the Corsair and finds its driving ability and technology package to be just what he desires. The customer and salesman then walk back into the showroom and enter the salesman's office area to discuss a deal. While there the salesman asks the customer for the "payoff" amount to his trade-in vehicle and the name of the lending institution that owns the title.Immediately the customer responds with the figure that he had just found in his online account the day prior to this meeting. "That's the balance, "explained the salesman. "I need the payoff amount. It's usually less than $100 above the balance, but that's what I need, not the balance. Can you look it up on your phone?" Startled by this request, but still interested in moving forward on the transaction the customer reluctantly sought the information via his online account from the convenience of his smart phone. When no "payoff" amount was visible on any page in the customer's online account he decided to call the lending institution to ascertain this information. Please know, however, that since 2004 the customer had traded vehicles 7 times at 4 different dealerships and at no time during these interactions had he ever been expected to interact with his lending institution to determine the "payoff" amount. This had always been done by the dealership personnel eager to make a deal.Growing ever frustrated with this unusual request by the salesman, the customer reluctantly placed a telephone call to his lending institution and, after navigating the myriad menu choices was placed on hold . . . estimated to last 28 minutes! This was too much! The customer's frustration had now grown to disbelief and anger. Why was the salesman expecting the customer to be responsible for this information when in the past every other sales professional had done it himself? The customer felt like he was expected to be an employee rather than a customer!Realizing that this "negotiation" was bizarre and going nowhere the customer rose from his chair, shook the hand of the salesman, thanked him for his time saying, "This is taking much more time than I had expected" and left the premises. No deal was done. . . all over "less than $100" for an act that had always been previously performed by the salesman . . . not the customer!Later, when the customer shared this experience with an acquaintance, he reflected on the subject thusly: "That's like hiring a gardener who then expects you to furnish the rake."

Just another dealer trying to take advantage of the current market and gauging prices. Understand inventory is low but the way the sales person spoke to me is a first time. So arrogant. Once these supply chain issues are resolved these dealers will see how short sighted they are.

I went to Pugmire Ford in Carrollton to test drive a Bronco.I wanted to see if this was the vehicle for me.When I saw the cars and trucks on the lot ,one of the Ford Explorers caught my eye so I drove it and purchased it the next day.Patrick was a wonderful salesman .I did not feel pressured,he was very professional and I felt well informed. The rest of the folks at Pugmire were exceptional! Jackie and Mark were very easy to talk to about money and what the options are.I had a wonderful experience! I drove away in my new ford with a huge smile on my face.I highly recommend this dealership to everyone!

this is a review for the service department. First and foremost you have to realize the difference between going to a garage and the dealership to get your car repaired. A garage is either one person who owns it or one person who owns it and employs people to work vehicles for a wage. getting your car fixed at the dealership is going to cost you more because the employees get health benefits medical benefits and vacation time. Plus these are trained mechanics and your repair will probably be done right the first time. every garage I went to in Atlanta you sort of have to pay twice, because they don't get the job done right the first time so now I would rather just go to the dealership and pay more, figuring they know what they're doing. brakes and tires you could buy anywhere but if you want your car mechanically fixed going to the dealership is your best bet.The representative I have been using at Pugmire is Bob Heinz. Bob only sells you what you need and will tell you in advance the costs and if the work is necessary. just recently I thought my car needed repair and he told me that it doesn't actually need anything. I was thinking that if I went anywhere else I could get charged $500 and not have my car any better than when I started
