This Racetrac sucks I went in two days in a row still the same issue. The same employee don't know nothing about points and prices. All I wanted was a drink. Night shift employees suck.

I love their pizza, drinks and their app! The rewards grogram is awesome! You get free ice cream on your birthday. And they have other really good coupons and offers on the app.

I love this RaceTrac location due to one employee that stands out in personal customer service and how he interacted with each and every customer is something that Troy should be able to instruct for new hires in the Corporate Office of RacteTrac . He is never without a smile on his face and respectful customer satisfaction.
