Says 24 hours but it’s never 24 hours and I hope they know their workers don’t even come to the little window. This is ridiculous I am a 20 year old female do you know how dangerous it is for to be sitting outside waiting on someone because it says “24 hours”. Then they don’t answer the phone … just horrible.

This Racetrac is basically unusable between 7 and 9 am due to tree service companies occupying all pumps for meetups and pre work checklists.

Tall black dude in the afternoon so unprofessional. Don’t say anything to the customers who come in and eating nachos behind the counter. Man he needs a coaching session and could probably be a great employee but come on man atleast act like you care.

This place was great, Thanks to Dillon for being so polite and saving me from a burning building and driving me to the hospital with his Lamborghini. He saved my life and I will do anything for him. The pizza is also great

The person behind counter was rude! He overcharged me for DEF and then struggled to provide the correction for overcharge.
Restrooms were horrible.

Came today to put air in a tire that was low. Their air/vac machine turned on, took my money and seemed like it was working. My tire was at 24psi, and I set it up to get me to 32, it ended up draining my tire to 13. Went inside to ask about it and the lady at the counter said “you’re not supposed to use it” I asked how i was supposed to know that considering it took my card, turned on, and indicated it was working. She told me it was broken. I asked how anyone was supposed to know that since there was no sign. She said “I can put a sign out if you want”. At this point my tire was too flat to drive it anywhere. I did get a refund for the money I put in the machine and they have put a sign out but no one seemed in the slightest concerned that I gave myself a flat with a seemingly working machine? Very unprofessional. I had to get a ride, and spend money on a portable air compressor to drive my car out of the lot.

So if you hate your job just quit! Don’t take out your anger and frustration that you have with your life decisions on paying customers. Put a smile on! Act like you want to work… or get another job! The lack of care here is astounding! I’m here at least 3-4 times a week because it’s convenient but when I go up to the counter to pay it’s always somebody that has the worse attitude.

As a rewards member and card holder I am going to have to stop coming to this location despite the convenience. Rewards and everything work fine at the pump, but for whatever reason their registers have issues with rewards (CUSTOMER NOT FOUND) no matter if you use phone, reward number, or card, so you virtually get no points or any of the free stuff with VIP at this location.

Worst experience ever I come every day they hired someone named Dillion. Bought a drink and he was giving me all coins back. Asked the other lovely lady that worked there and all of a sudden he had bills. When Dillion gave me the bills he crumbled them all up and through the coins in a rude way to me. Race Trac really has to hire people that are dedicated on working not just a pay check. Customer Service is a big thing for there company. Only if can rate Dillion under a -1 star I would. If he don't like is Job why come and make problems with Customers

The best gas station I have ever been into a I travel alot of states often. I complemented staff I would give them 10 stars if I could that shocked I was.
