Traveling from Arizona to Georgia for the holidays to enjoy Christmas & New Years with the family 2025! Check in at the front counter Kisha, assist being very courtesy and helpful. Absolutely friendly and sincere once we went to our room, unfortunately had a slight issue, informed Kisha, with the situation she instantly resolved the problem without any questions and being patient. She was tremendously kind and ensure our stay was completely comfortable and pleasant. Truly appreciate having encounter her and giving the hotel a try, will definitely come back in the future.. Thank you Kisha...hopefully you will still be there next year!

I was actually quite impressed with this property. Apparently, it was recently renovated. My room was very clean and the bathroom was spotless. The towels and washcloths were soft and thick. Bed was not extremely comfortable, but I slept good. Only complaint was the breakfast area. There was no one working, food was nit replenished, and the 2 small trash cans were overflowing. Would I stay here again? Yes, great value!!

I just had a fraudulent charge that was declined for a room here at this location. I called them to alert them that someone was doing this and they will probably continue to use fake cards or something until it works and the hotel would eventually have to pay for it… they told me it’s not their problem and hung up on me… wow.. I was just trying to save them money. Horrible customer service first off… all I wanted to do was warn them…
Definitely wouldn’t stay here bc of this stuff. Also watch out for credit card theft here, they obviously don’t care and will use a card without an ID!!!

someone just tried to use my card fraudulently there and when i called they hung up on me and told me to call my bank someone probably trying to use multiple stolen cards to book room and they don't care

I don’t normally leave reviews but felt this hotel deserved one. I was traveling home from Florida and needed a place to sleep for a night. The customer service was excellent and went above and beyond to accommodate me. The rooms were very clean and nice. Bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and the towels were so soft! There is not 1 complaint I have for my stay!

The manager Keisha was AWESOME. VERY helpful. Room was neat and
clean. Breakfast was either hot or cold. All in all---excellent

The rooms are very comfortable, clean, they gave us a nice welcome and the employee who helped us out was very friendly (Kisha)
I loved that they had availability because we made the reservation about an hour before🙏🏾🙏🏾
It has a very good location and the breakfast is great, eggs, sausages, waffles, etc.
I would definitely stay there again 👌🏾

Clean and relatively modern designed room. Staff was very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Got a nice room for a great price. Location was great, wanted to spend the weekend in Atlanta without staying in the chaos, so this was perfect.
