i gave it a 3 star until one of the staff got rude with me. the place is under construction, so i trued giving it benefit of the doubt, but the place was a mess. my hallway had a paper sheet at the end of it due to construction. the elevator was so messy, and my shower had stuff all in it. the room its self was nice, but dont let the pictures deceive you. the "manager" of the house keeping there was extremely rude. first things first, she cane in there changing the trash and is slamming things everything. i guess i was in her way, and she walks up to me yelling at me during breakfast that i cant make my food.... at the breakfast counter. i was THE ONLY person in the room and stated "you are in the guests way". there is no one staying at this hotel. she then pulls out barbicide and starts cleaning while there is still food out which is terrible. i told her i wasnt moving due to the fact i was almost done and NO ONE WAS IN THERE, but then continuously raises her voice at me and tells me i need to move. i explain she is being very rude, and she says "girl you need to go sit down somewhere" !!!! that is extremely disrespectful. i asked her a manager and claims she is one. NO MANAGER should be this rude and talking to guests that way. i wouldnt book here if you have other choices.

If I could give it a negative 5 stars, i totally would. This place is BEYOND discusting! There is a different smell in each room. Mostly smells like weed. Sticky carpets, wood on the tv stand is wrecked from water. Mattresses are stained. Don't stay here.

Would definitely recommend to anyone passing through or planning a Staycation. It is clean, quiet and safe.Rooms: The rooms are nice and clean.Safety: Safety is BIG thing for me especially while traveling with children. They lock the main doors to the lobby at sundown. The way back in is if you have your key card on your person or if you have someone in the lobby waiting for you.Walkability: There places you can walk to.Food & drinks: There are a great amount of places nearby to get great food.

I would not stay here again. Paid for 3 nights, but left after just one night. The place smells pretty bad right when you walk in. Everything is relatively dirty, and in disrepair. The photos online are misleading. There were cockroaches in the bathroom as well.I will say at least the management did the right thing and I was successfully given a refund. For that reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1.I was able to book a much better hotel nearby and for the same price.

Just one night stay. I had business to attend to Monday morning and didn't want to drive in super early. We stayed here cause it was cheap. Decent enough but for the price great. Don't expect too much, I mean if you want better pay for better, right?! Breakfast is blah white bread, plain begals, fruit loops, frosted flakes and rasin bran with sugar. Mini waffles. Everything was heavy on the cabs, no protein at all not even peanut butter. No juice, coffee watered down, no fruit... But we didn't stay here for the breakfast... it was cheap and decent, no bugs, no funk smell... Decent. There are plenty of fast food places close by and I mean next door close so really what I saved on the room I can get my own breakfast ? Staff was nice. Yes there was a deposit of 100 so far no issue. I'll update if something differently happens and I don't get my money back. We were provided with 4 bath towels, a bath mat, 3 hand towels and 3 wash clothes. It was enough for us. They do provide shampoo, conditioner and soap but it's tiny and cheap so ya may wanna bring ya own.... Why not 5* well they could always improve... not just have a juice machine but actually have it on.... have some fruit and maybe some peanut butter at least... plain corn flakes or cherrios might be asking too much and decent coofee with working coffee pot in room along with a better vending selection would be nice... but again... maybe I'm asking too much lol

We have been there for 3 days and the whole staff has an attitude. I tried doing laundry, but the second floor laundry room washer stole my money. And when I ask for my money back I get the run around.A girl at the front desk told me i could use their employee laundry room but when i tried a different clerk told me it was closed.I had no change of clothes because i couldnt wash any. When we booked the room through a third party, we was told all we had to pay up front was $30. When we get there we end up having to pay $230. It seems like nobody communicated. I wouldn't advise people to go there unless you want to be upset. Not even the Homeless. You get better treatment at a crackhouse.

Rooms: Not great. Actually disturbing and disgusting when you look at the lounge to the left walking in.

I booked thru a third party and wasn’t made aware that I had to pay a deposit. That made me sceptical so I went to the ATM and paid it in cash. I wasn’t satisfied with the first room, but the staff was more than happy to moved me into another room. It was quiet, clean, & most of all peaceful. At checkout the manager Craig personally handed me my deposit back. Thanks to Craig and the rest of the staff at The Sleep Inn. I recommend the sleep inn to anyone visiting Atlanta.

So I wanted to take the time out to write a true review because this place definitely needs some positivity when it comes to the previous reviews, ok so after getting a great deal on a room from using Hopper, I looked over at the rooms, pictures, and then the reviews, and I was like dang I gotta get a refund, butttttt something said no don't do that, keep the room, plus it was only 7mins from the destination I was taking my husband too, so I trusted my intuition and kept the reservation. I'm so happy I did!!! The place was CLEAN, QUITE, AND NICE! Not to mention the deal I got! The receptionist that greeted us AK was nice, not very knowledgeable about some of the policies when it came to another guest about Apple pay, which I found out the next morning they actually take Apple pay, but the manager Craig was very nice, polite and professional. Great customer service is very important and needed. The breakfast was not that great lol just carbs really and some yogurt. Being that they have a full kitchen and you can order room service they definitely need to step their game up when it comes to breakfast. I also wanted to enjoy the inside pool, but apparently they closed the pool a year ago and the online 3rd party hasn't updated the pictures. But all in all it was great! We felt like we were the only guests in there which was a complete opposite of what we read. So all in all, trust your gut, but this Sleep inn is worth booking!! Good luck ?Rooms: Clean
