GO TO ANY OTHER ONE BUT THIS ONE!! Feel like I just was racially profiled in this place seeking help from a financial institution to understand identity fraud done to me, and was handled very badly as well by kalpana. She overspoke me and cut me off whenever I answered her bland so called ice breakers and forced inbetween conversation and then said idk to every question just trying to move me along. No one else was even in the place. Just kept pointing me to a phone number. I asked for a manager to give me better explanation so I know what steps to take and he say in his office door wide open and ignored. No I was not loud or angry or nasty. Maybe. My hair maybe coulda been combed better. Lol I’ve worked in customer service and did very well I even offered pointers and she looked at her coworker rolled. Her eyes and acted like she was perfect. Lol someone get this lady a retirement because she bitter as hell.

Wish i could give negative stars. This was by far the worst possible customer service I've ever received from a bank. I walked in, was the only customer inside, and the drive through was empty. 3 workers inside, 1 on the phone, 1 in the office, and one at the front desk unoccupied. I go in just to cash a $20 check, nothing else. The lady behind the desk (not on the phone) greets me and says someone will be right with me. Then she goes into the office, doesn't close the door, and starts talking with the other person about what color icing and what kind of cake they should have tomorrow for some office party. I stood waiting for over 5 minutes, listening to them talk about ordering cake. Eventually I just got so fed up I left. I'll drive the extra 15 minutes out of my way to get better service literally anywhere else. I hope they close this location.

This is a very racist branch. The manager Kalpana Bery was rude, nonchalant, and racist towards my business partner and I. From the time we walked into the branch. She treated us as if our time didn’t matter. We had an appointment and it still took 20-30 minutes for her to assist us. She then began to ask questions that she already knew the answer to. From when she scheduled my appointment. She had a copy of my LLC and she still asked that I verify the information from the paperwork . We were being drilled as if she wanted to see if she get a different answer from us. We were at the branch for two hours. It was two hours of discrimination and racially motivated comments. Our business name starts with the word Vegan and she smirked and asked us do we sell fried chicken. Once the account was finally opened she didn’t give us any paperwork that day. We had to go back into the branch a day later to get paperwork and account info. Everything she did and didn’t do went against the bank’s official procedure & system of rules of opening up a business account. She didn’t follow the protocol at all. Absolutely horrible experience.

Crazy bank. Went in to get a cashiers check withdraw. Told I needed an appointment, To with draw some of my own money. Ridiculous.

The employees were very helpful! Now that the lot is expanding there is more then one entrance to the bank. Also, the 2 ATMs outside are independent and large enough for a truck or suburban to drive theu comfortably.

teller’s immediate reaction to every request is “no, you need to call phone banking, we don’t do it here.” So i go sit in my car and call them and automated system making me wait 10 mins. Finally someone picks and says “oh i need to connect you to this other department.” I am still w”waiting. All i wanted was to get title of my car whose loan is completely paid a week ago.I would never do business with such an organization unless i was forced, as it was the case with my car loan.

I always have good experiences at Regions branches, but not here. I’ve gone twice and the customer service is awful. They are too busy trying to sell customers on services. They need a dedicated teller to help with quick transactions, without asking if you want to take out a mortgage or refinance your car. I will continue to go to the location on Vinings.

Update: (sending this to the board and BBB) I also see Im not the only one with this issue.He (dont know his name because he answers as "hello?") told me im not as important as the customer sitting in the office (who got there after me) and that if i need help i need to physically come in because he is the only one there (THANK GOD IM NOT A BANK ROBBER L O L)Guy on the phone refused to help me.Told me I need to call the number on my card for help yet all the women there have helped me over the phone with this issue????????????I asked him why he is the only one who is telling me he cant help me? He told me i have to physically come in. I said youre the only one who is telling me this. He finally said they are short staffed. Say that then and dont lie saying you cant do it over the phone.Number told me my cards inactive so I called him back and he scolded me? He began to help me until he realized hed have to actually work. Then he told me im on my own once another customer came in.Calls were at 1:58, 2:26, and 2:34 in case someone wants to actually take this Seriously and listen to them.
