Very professional movers in my opinion. The sales person, who is the first one I communicated with was very informative. He made me feel very comfortable, was very patient with me and went though every item in my inventory, encouraging me to list every little thing I owned and was about to be moved - this guy wanted to give me a realistic price that will not change later. I couldn't thank him enough, because at the end of the move I paid exactly what he had said the company will charge me. I have heard of companies that will rip you off once they upload your stuff on their truck - they suddenly change prices, or they come up with some last minute charges and refuse to move your things unless you pay. No such thing happened with Right Lane Moving. The sales person made sure the company has everything on the list, that I am fully aware of all the charges and that my price is guaranteed. When the movers came to my apartment, they started to work immediately - it seemed unrealistic - their speed, the way they communicated with each other - this packing and loading business was the most organized I have ever witnessed! The foreman was a very nice guy who had all his workers under control and he was informing me what was going on at all times. I am using these guys again for sure!
