We arrived at at the store at 6:45pm so my son could get a hoodie. The sorry cashier ran to the door and locked it. The store closes at 7pm. The fact that she doesn’t feel like she has to work the last 15 minutes that she is getting paid for is disgusting and just lazy. The store is NEVER OPEN on time. They open the store whenever they feel like it. Why put the store hours up if your not going to be open. At 11am when your suppose to be that’s pointless.

Tried to exchange a sweatshirt I bought online for $20, was told by a newer employee and manager that they didn't have the sweatshirt in store so, I just did a regular refund. Then while shopping around I found the exact sweatshirt I was trying to exchange. Asked to do the exchange because I found it when they said it wasn't in the store. Was told that my refund couldn't be undone to do the even exchange so I had to pay $35 for the sweatshirt since online and in store prices are different, but that is why I was trying to exchange it in the first place. Shalisha cashed me out but was talking to another associate the whole time and then seemed annoyed when I wanted to use a coupon code, but they did just con me into paying an extra $15 for something I was trying to evenly exchange. They owe me a credit or a $15 gift card because that was an employees mistake.

There are better Rue 21 stores than this... It was my first time in this particular store and was not greeted but the people behind me were by 2 employees and the rest of the time I was followed by a man wearing a headset pretending to shop. Will never be going back
