Horrible customer service. Can’t get in contact with store directly as no one picks up the phone. People are already dealing with the inconvenience of a damaged car, so why would you make things more complicated? I’d give 0 stars if I could.

No alive people answer the phone at all. I tried several locations of this Company; all calls go to the same message. They are too cheap to hire alive person.

Safelite call center worker straight up lied to me. I scheduled an appointment for a windshield replacement. I dropped off my car in the morning. I called at 3pm asking if it was ready, the employee said "I see them working on it right now, it will be ready within an hour". When I arrived an hour later, they hadn't even started on the replacement, so I canceled my appointment and took my business elsewhere. Why would they lie about something like that?

I had an appointment set for almost 2 weeks, the day of service they tell me they don’t have the glass. Well you read the message. “Good morning, my name is Tiffany with Safelite. I am reaching out to let you know we did not receive your glass. We will be reaching out to reschedule.” Now what does that mean? This place is a joke.

Helped a friend drop off their car for a windshield replacement. Easy to get to. Staff was very helpful. Originally told it might take all day, job was done, professionally and correctly, in 2 hours.

Incredibly fast, friendly, and pleasant! I was not looking forward to dealing with a broken windshield but these folks made it painless! All automotive businesses should operate like this!

I had an appointment at 8. Three hours later they informed me that they cracked the glass installing it and that they need to order a new one. 6 hours later I'm still here.

Leroy helped me out so much. The whole team, from the front desk to the people working on the cars, work really well together to get the job done in a fast manner. Which was greatly appreciated!

Reginald did a stellar service on my Camry. It was a good and pleasant experience working with Safelite Autoglass. The replacement of my broken windshield was a smooth process, and my insurance was very helpful. I will refer them to my family and friends. I plan to return with my other vehicle. Thank you so very much. Perfect job!

Fast. I was in and out with a new windshield. Told me everything up front about the repair process. This is the way a business should operate. Feels like I got more than what I paid for.

Someone from Safelite came out to replace my passenger side window that was broken. The technician left a lot of glass in the door panel that keeps falling out when the door is closed. The worst part is that they used scratched glass. It wasn’t noticeable the day it was installed because of overcast. A few days later I noticed it when the guy that was going to tint the window pointed it out. I admit that I didn’t report it to Safelite until a month and a half because I travel for work and didn’t have time. They basically said there is no way they could have installed glass like that. They agreed that it’s bad but claim that technician would never have done this even when I showed them glass falling out of my door panel when the door closes. They said I have to pay for a new window which is $500. The glass used wasn’t OEM glass.

This is my fourth attempt to get my windshield replaced correctly, and I must express my deep dissatisfaction. Every time, they either don't have the glass in stock or schedule appointments without informing me. To make matters worse, I discovered that the driver was speeding at 65 mph in a 45 mph zone through my Tesla app, claiming it was for "calibration" purposes. However, upon receiving my new windshield, the technician either failed to notice or chose to ignore the significant distortion in the glass. It is incredibly hazardous to drive with such a compromised windshield. I sincerely hope that they will finally get their act together after this fourth attempt. It's truly frustrating dealing with such incompetent individuals.
