Always a pleasure to visit Salon Zahra! Love the results and Zahra is always upbeat and friendly. She really gets to know her clients - it’s more of a relationship than a once and done service. Highly recommend!

Disappointed. I was very excited to come to Salon Zahra after speaking with Zahra and Sarah over the phone. We discussed what I'm looking for and how to achieve it. I sent over inspiration photos as well. I was told that I would be getting the "works" over the phone. Today's appointment was very costly ($280 and 20% tip) and my expectations were not met. The color and styling are the two areas I feel most disappointed about. The hair cut was Ok. I was quite surprised once the haircut was completed that my appointment was over. Many sections of my hair are not fully blown out and smooth. I was not shown the back of my head at the end of the appointment and this is an area that also is below expectations. I would consider my visit an average commercial salon visit (like JC Penney) with a very expensive price tag. Zahra is kind and probably capable. I did not want to say anything while I was in the salon with other clients present and called to talk to Zahra later. Upon talking with Zahra, I was told that the services (roots colored, a few foils, toner, quick cut, and blowout) received are a standard price. I appreciate Zahra and Sarah as people. Overall, I am very disappointed with the end product/quality of services rendered (nothing like what we discussed or the inspiration photos).
Note: No handwashing between clients after each client's hair has been handled. Brushes are also not cleaned between clients.

Zahra is the best for blondes, look no further! Her methods of highlighting produce a beautiful angelic blonde glow but without damage to your hair. ?I always come out looking like a blonde bombshell with gawking by hubby, who is also a longtime Zahra client.
