I am a recently widowed caregiver of a US Veteran. I went in on Friday to ask for assistance. I was told to call on Monday. I have made 50 calls to them with no answer. And I am not allowed to leave a message. Very disappointed, discouraged.

$17 to get into a basketball tournament and there was not even A/C in the gym. It was like a sauna.

We happily donated many times in the past.When we needed help we called many times and never got to speak with a person..I never need help for myself but for our little children.I will never donate again.

Been calling this company for the past 3 months on every Monday for Douglas county and it’s always the same thing. We are not accepting applications. I recently heard ga received millions of dollars for energy and rental assistance on the news about a month ago but when anyone calls this company or community action it’s always the same answer there no no funds. WHERE ARE THE FUNDS GOING THAN? There needs to be an investigation open to who and where all the funds go. The city councilman needs to address this issue
