Mr Scott took my baby Sadie (Rottweiler) and taught her basic training. Later in her life he taught myself and Sadie the basics of protection. He’s awesome. I recommend him to anyone in need of dog training ❤️

The place was closed down and filthy. I do not know the exact circumstances. Just that the 'tenant' left and the place was trashed and smelled horrible.

The dogs didn't learn anything except for sit. They even stayed longer for additional training. Eric did not go over any instructions with us. I wouldn't say it was a total waste of money but more accurately it was just a VERY expensive boarding.

We've used Save Me From The Dog House on two occasions. The first time with 2 of our Valley Bulldogs and the second time with my daughter's Bully. The owner, Eric, is very patient with the dogs and they come home having learned several commands and are altogether better dogs because of the training. I encourage everyone to be consistent and continue to practice with the puppies. I appreciate that they kept us in communication and sent pictures and videos during the 2 weeks of boarding and training.

We took our dog here last year. I had never taken him anywhere because he is very guarded. I spoke only to Eric about the expectations and care of our dog. When it was time to pick him up, Eric extended the date 3 times. I became worried so we refused to add another day. When Eric returned our dog, he had lost about 10 or more pounds in 3 weeks; ribs were showing. It was clear that he was being starved. Our dog had become cowardess and very fearful. He slept for days and would not eat for about 2 days. Only God knows what he went through. We didn't expect starvation and torture to be used for obedience training. Never again.

We were literally on our way to the Atlanta airport for vacation and dropping off our dogs on the way to a different boarder. As we called the boarder to tell them we were five minutes away they informed us they had a couple of dogs with issues and would not be able to honor our booking. We called here and they were very professional and took our dogs in at a moments notice. We were extremely worried about both dogs as they are our babies. Both owners were terrified to leave them with strangers. We got photos sent to us while on vacation which helped a lot. They were happy and healthy when we picked them back up. No signs of distress what so ever. Owner stayed late so that we could pick them up after our flight. Great service! I will use them again and would recommend them to others.

Took my dog to training to this place with high hopes that he would learn from the programs we choose. I read the website and was hoping I would get some updates during the span of 2 weeks that Eric had him for. Only got 2 photos a short clip that I had to ASK for. Two conversations and one update at the end of the program stating that he would need private lessons to increase his progress because he is "stubborn". The website states there would be an assessment performed on me and my dog. I was never assessed. I wanted more information on the schedule that he has him programmed to and let him know the perspective of the customer on the training going based off the few updates I received. Eric told me to call and answered the phone with "what do you not get". We arrive on the day we are suppose to pick up my dog and I'm concerned and eager to ask questions, as any one would once you're dog has been with a stranger, gotten a few updates about the progress, very vague information over the schedule he did in the 14 days etc. I was very concerned with his well being. He mentioned that he feels some negative tension when we first walked in. Assuming that standing straight should depict what I'm feeling. My dog has been with you for 2 weeks straight. I'm excited and curious as to how he's been doing and what exactly as any one should. Eric allowed me to practice what's he's been practicing with My dog. The basic commands. When I got to practice the commands it seemed like what were practicing with him at our home was the same... with the exception of slightly different hand gestures. In my opinion I got caught off guard because I was under the impression that I would be getting accelerated training for my dog so he would be close to executing the training sessions he was working on him initially. I then began to ask questions I mentioned to him multiple times I was not trying to come off as offensive I was just wanting gather more information and details of how his schedule was for the days Because I never got any information over that. Instead of him answering my questions he said I'm not going to argue with you. I'm not going talk to you anymore or answering any of your questions. He got defensive because I wanted to know how his schedule was for the days WITH MY DOG? All through the process of him show casing the training he was kept demonstrating slick/shady behavior saying I'm the dog trainer and that I didn't know what I'm talking about and he should know because he trained over 5000+ dogs. I didn't feel comfortable with the type of behavior that he was showing to me and my family. He is a professional and is running a business and he's showing this type of behavior... I was thrown off a bit to say the slightest. Which made me feel like he was getting defensive and hiding the truth since he didn't want to answer any more questions. I willingly respected his decision and not ask any further questions to make HIM (the "professional" feel comfortable. He then starts to place deals with us to make us feel better about him training by saying I'll do private lessons for free to accommodate... As we finish paying and are walking out of the place we start to express how we feel stating we didn't like the attitude and the customer service that he was expressing to our family. His daughter/ worker comes out cussing my family out saying we were talking "***** and saying "I'll beat your a*** threatening us and being VERY DISRESPECTFUL and rude. We go back to talk to Eric about the situation and as we are walking back she started saying disrespectful remarks being very immature and clearly not valuing the business enough to contain her attitude Eric was saying he would talk to her to hear her side of the story. All in all in my opinion I don't recommend the dog training that he offers. There are far better places that value more of your time/ money and respect. Worst business I've encou

This review is a few years late. The service I came for was a board and train. I wasn't going to write this review but it's been on my chest for a few years now and I need to say something. I brought my Rottweiler to their shop and I paid for a 2 week board and train for my dog. She was at their facility for 2 weeks. When I got her back her nose was bruised. The trainer rushed through reviewing the commands and wanted to do everything inside the house which was impractical due to space. My dog really didn't learn any commands that she didn't already know. She still jumps on people, she still has poor manners, nothing really changed or improved. I don't know about their pet grooming or boarding services but the training is just not worth it. For what you pay for a 2 week program here you can double it and get a six week program that includes off leash training and a remote collar. It's not that the people are bad but the training is at best incomplete. I can't recommend.

None of the employees wore face coverings in the morning when I dropped off the dogs or on the afternoon. The clerk, Eric, rambled on and on about their WiFi being down so he needed to do the credit card transaction on his phone. When he asked me to sign on his phone screen, I saw that the screen itself was filthy dirty. He didn't offer any sort of writing item like a pen. He told me to use my finger to sign. I told him that I didn't want to touch his screen. When the transaction was finished, I asked him how I would tip the groomer. He said he'd have to do the credit card over again. I told him that was fine since I didn't have any cash and I thought it was important to tip the groomer. As I handed my card to him a second time, he remarked about how he and I had both touched the same credit card even though I hadn't wanted to touch his phone screen. He actually thought it was a clever zinger to show me how up on front of the other two employees. When I asked him about this, he got upset quickly. I asked a nearby employee if he was the owner. She replied very animatedly that he was her dad. He refused to finish the transaction to give a tip for the groomer. I have no idea if she got a tip from him or not. I do not think that anyone with such reckless regard for what should have been a basic and smooth customer interaction should be trusted with anyone's pets. The pets cannot speak up for themselves if they are the subject of any abuse. Based on Eric's undignified treatment of a customer settling a $110 grooming bill, it concerns me how the animals might be handled. Lisa Marie's grooming of my dogs has always been impeccable. I hope she is valued by the management and that she can find a place that treats customers nicer.

Eric is amazing. We were very skeptical initially but the results were amazing. Our dog is much better behaved now. Even our neighbors are impressed. Thanks.
