While I was already open to switching to another insurance company, the service and professionalism James McCahill provided on the phone made me confident I was making the right choice. He helped me set up coverage for both my new car and vintage RV, taking the time and care to explain every detail I had a question about. After the surprisingly painless process, I ended up with better coverage than I had at a lower rate. After this great experience, I ended up getting my renter's insurance through them as well—also with better coverage at a lower rate than what was offered with my apartment complex's affiliated company.

My agent, James, has been a total lifesaver, always on top of things and super responsive. Insurance stuff can be super overwhelming, but he breaks it down in a way that makes total sense.

I would like to take a moment to sincerely commend Duane Kruse, Account Manager at the Perren State Farm Agency, for the exceptional level of service he provided during a recent and very challenging situation.
From the beginning of our interaction, Duane displayed a level of professionalism, patience, and dedication that is truly rare in today’s customer service environment. I had an issue involving a past-due bill that needed to be resolved in order to reinstate my policy. What could have been a stressful and overwhelming experience was made manageable thanks to Duane’s unwavering commitment to helping me through every step of the process.
We were on the phone for several hours, and not once did Duane rush the call or show any sign of frustration. He remained calm, courteous, and focused on finding a solution. He explained everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and worked with me step-by-step to ensure the payment was processed correctly and the policy was reinstated without delay. His persistence and positive attitude never wavered, even when there were complications along the way.
It’s clear that Duane truly cares about his clients and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. His support went above and beyond what I expected, and I am incredibly grateful for his help. Because of his efforts, I was able to resolve my issue and continue my coverage without interruption.
