They don't back their products, even if it's bad and you just bought it. They claim manufacture doesn't reimburse them - out was a vuse pod that's supposed to be light yellow but it was the color of black coffee, ran into this issue with the chevron right across the street who do exchange the product if it's bad.

They charge you whatever they want. They scan your item, then increase the price right before you run your credit card.

I will be reporting this behavior to the higher ups. I just came here to get a cigar and this one has literal MOLD on it!! Like you can see it! I walked right back in…. Not even 30 seconds later to exchange it because ofc… ITS MOLD‼️‼️‼️‼️ and instead of being a decent human he points to a sign saying there’s no exchanges and tells me there’s nothing he can do about the MOLD on this cigar.

Not bad, not usually busy, fairly well lit and reasonably priced compared to the other Shells within a mile. Only downside is that it's only accessible from one side of the road; there's no option to turn in from the other side of the street, so you have to wait at a long light and turn around. This can be inconvenient if you're headed towards 285 or 75 South.

Experience the best of the customer-services here. The gas price is always reasonable as compare to others. Cashiers and Managers are always helpful. They also get the products for you if you request them whether it's a tobacco or a grocery item. Last but not the lost, there were many lottery winners here. So, visit here to get quality gas, lucky lottery tickets, and fresh products.
