Horrible service. The person there lied to me trying to force an open box item as new and if i wanted one unopened they wouldn’t honor the stihl warranty. He wouldn’t give me the store managers name and wouldn’t tell me when he’d be in. I’ll be reaching out directly to Ace and Stihl about this location. I hope the manager sees this.

The service is something I would have never expected from Ace let alone one in Georgia. The person who falsely claimed information, his name is Rick i believe won't give me the store managers name or when he would be in. He attempted to selling me an open box item and when i asked for a new one he said he won't honor the warranty because it's not certified. When i started questioning it, he said no one can help me then. Still waiting for some type of response from management but he assured me he won't contact them. I'll be reaching out to ace HQ and Stihl.

Do not buy a stihl product from this place. Came to return a brand new weed eater, still in packaging, did not put any gas. Only a week passed since I bought it. Had the receipt at time of attempted return, was told
because it was registered I couldn’t return. I had to register product in order to purchase it, was not told that after I wouldn’t be able to return. Will not recommend this store to anyone.

These guys greeted me right as I entered the store, 2 of them, 1 young and one older. I needed help filling a list my husband sent me with and I expressed so. The younger guy was all over it, very,very nice and took me to get all I needed. The older,ahhhh, not so much as he seemed he didn't want to be bothered. Way to go young man! Great job! A shocker though that they do not take cash AT ALL.

If you own a Big Green Egg, you may want to shop elsewhere. Apparently only the store manager can help process the BGE warranty claim and he is only there a day or two per week. I finally learned of a day that he would be there and tried again, only to find that he had left early. I gave up and went to another store and got the process rolling within minutes.

Adding this as a reply to the owner: Your quick response is appreciated but unfortunately not helpful.
I am aware of the changes BGE has made, my warranty claim is approved, and I have the barcode to show the retailer so the part can be ordered. The problem is with your store, despite several trips and calls, no one would work with me on obtaining up the part. I was told only the manager could do this - however, I learned your manager is rarely there. As a result, I went to a different Ace Hardware and was helped within minutes. Now my part has been ordered and I can pick it up when they get it.
The problem was not on Big Green Egg’s end, it is with your policy of only allowing one person (who is never in the store) to handle the claims. Changing this policy would certainly help others in the future and should be considered. As noted, I had no such issue at a different Ace Hardware. Thanks

CARD ONLY FACILITY!!! Now that we have gotten that out of the way here is the rest of my review 😁
I’ve only been to this Ace a few times, but every visit has been a great experience! I really appreciate having a hardware store so close by, it adds a neighborly feel that I truly enjoy in this area. Big stores can feel uneasy and overwhelming to me (HD, Costco etc) especially since hardware isn’t really my thing. I just want to get what I need and go, and Ace makes that easy. The staff is always extremely kind and knowledgeable, which makes all the difference!

Great store. Staff is excellent. Helped me find everything. Very knowledgeable on products. A very helpful and knowledgeable has a great home town hardware feel. Great customer service.

I had my sleeping baby in my car, and they gladly helped by doing curbside service and running product to my car. Great customer care!Quick, easy, and great local prices.

Ace hardware and Lowe's are Craftsman partners but this store will not honor the lifetime warranty of Craftsman products. I was pretty surprised. They won't take cash either. Lowe's will honor the Craftsman warranty.

Service! Well staffed store means I am in and out with exactly what I want. Good people, spotless store and they have expertise to help me. So glad a great Ace showed up near my home. Got great advice for my sanding project and the right toilet flapper.
