Check the product before you leave. I was there last Saturday, bought 2 gallons of product, showed the guy what I wanted and the color. I even asked him to pull up my profile to confirm. I left with 2 gallons of a product with a very similar label, but completely wrong product. How incompetent can you be when the customer gives you a picture of what you need and an acct to confirm and gives you the wrong product? Now I just flushed $150 down the drain on their error! Check your paint before paying. The Latin dude is really good, but the other guy that sucks!

Hired a contractor (Five Star Painting) that used exterior Sherwin Williams SuperPaint from this store to paint my house. 3 years later paint pigmentation has diminished significantly to an unrecognizable color, lost the gloss finish, and fallen off in some areas. Despite a prior known issue with the Raw Umber additive, Sherwin Williams contends that the paint is not defective. They told me that the SuperPaint really does not have a lifetime warranty because color change and adhesion are excluded.
