I wouldn't use this store, perhaps other stores are ok. I bought over $300 worth of primer and paint. When I went to use the paint I realized that they had mixed the wrong color. We ordered "Natural White" and they mixed something called "Classic Light Buff". When we asked to exchange they wouldn't do it, claiming it was not their fault. While buying the paint there was another customer there who had a similar problem where they had mixed the wrong finish type on their paint. I think they just have a major lack of care and attention to detail in their operations. Steer clear!

I had a problem with a can of paint that was pretty clearly the store's fault. I approached it kindly, but the store manager was incredibly rude and insulting. Even though this is the closest store, I will never go back!

I just love this Sherwin Williams location. The nicest staff and they make you feel like your project is important event if you are just buying a few gallons or quarts for a diy project. Thanks everyone!

Beyond unpleasant encounter with the front desk service. I've had numerous issues with this company, including multiple instances where they mishandled my order despite me providing the SKU and a picture for the correct color. When attempting to return the order, I faced additional issues. I did lose the receipt which should no longer be an issue with credit card purchases (as every other business provides return service) , they refused to replace the items i purchased the day prior, even though the mistake was entirely on their end. Their lack of effort to assist the customer is beyond disappointing. Tried to support a smaller business than Lowes or Home Depot but i can see why they are a failing company. If the manager replies, I overheard you on speaker without directly engaging with you, and your conduct seemed equally unprofessional.

My entire house inside and outside is painted with Sherwin-Williams paint. Lately, I’ve had a problem with Sherwin-Williams cans rusting and ruining the paint.Stopped into the store looking for a lid for one of the cans and they offered no help whatsoever.In fact, they suggested I go to Home Depot to buy an empty paint can. Just lovely!

Kate is the only reason why this is my store to go to. She is always very helpful and always gets me taken care of. I’ve never had a wrong order or bad experience with this store or her. She has helped me with different products and her knowledge has saved me thousands of dollars and headaches ! I can’t thank her enough. Love this SW location !

I walked in where at least 6 people were working. I was the only customer in the store. I was looking for paint samples to paint the exterior of my house. I had a list of recommended colors and was having trouble finding them. Not one person asked if I needed help. I spent 15 minutes looking for samples and left. Terrible customer service.

Katie was so helpful at helping me pick through all of the colors to find the perfect color for our house. Her customer service was above par and her personality shined through. Thankful we went to this store and had this experience.

AVOID. Katie was incredibly rude! I asked about the pricing and sizes of smaller amounts (gallon & quart). She showed me the size of a quart and I thought I told her I would like to purchase a quart. She misunderstood and prepared a gallon. When it was time to pay I thought she accidentally entered a gallon and said it was supposed to be for a quart. She immediately got extremely angry and said I was wrong, I asked for the gallon since that's what SHE wrote down. She never said anything to confirm I wanted a gallon until she was basically YELLING AT HER CUSTOMER. Once she has huffed off back to the back and come back, she is loudly ranting about me. She clearly knows I can hear her. I told her there was no need to be so rude, and if it was that big of a deal I'd just take the gallon. I did this because I was just ready to leave and have her stop berating me. I will be avoiding this Sherwin Williams at all costs forever. There are several other locations fairly close, so STEER CLEAR and go to another one!
