Necia did an amazing job at explaining all unit sizes and was knowledgeable on what would be able to be stored in each. She made me feel comfortable, helped, and wanted as a customer. My overall experience was amazing but what stood out to me was Necia’s customer service, it was exceptional and couldn’t have asked for better.

Yes you can pay on the 30th and still have a new month due the next day.

I’m giving this 5-star review solely because of the exceptional service I received from Kewande. While I noticed a difference between the online promotions and the in-store offers—which I believe should be aligned for better customer satisfaction—Kewande truly turned my experience around. She is such a sweet, professional, and amazing young lady. Just when I was about to walk away, her kindness, patience, and genuine willingness to help made me change my mind and sign up.
