I picked up my device and was given a very thorough explanation about how to use and maintain it. TNE guidelines for compliance were also explained. The young woman who worked with me was very pleasant and professional.

What a preposterously bad company. On September 15 I received an order of replacement nose pads. I did not need them yet as I still has one from the prior order. When I opened the box on Nov. 1 and installed them, they were the wrong size. When I called in to request a replacement, I was told I could not get a replacement after 30 days. When I pointed out that I could not have known about the wrong size - since they look identical - Cocoa in Customer Service told me "That's how it goes sir." Great customer service.

I have always had good success with Sleepwell. Everyone is very curtesy and knowledgeable. You can’t ask for better service. They work with you until you are comfortable with your device and the use of it.

My visit and training at Sleep Well was great.

From the warm greeting when I arrived to the instructions and fitting of my AirSense11 I was very impressed. I came in kicking and screaming, not literally, and Jesse helped to ease my concerns. I'm 3 night in and it's going better than I thought. I downloaded the app and am able to get feedback and coaching suggestions based on my sleep. Still learning the machine but each night is better than the one before.
