    Terrible services, can’t get anyone on the phone and when you finally do it takes over an hour. This company has went severely downhill!

    They stopped calling monthly. Hard to call and get someone on the phone and when you request a call back they never do. My child needs his supplies and they are the worst. It seems as though they do not care.

    The absolute worst. I don't even know how they're functioning as a legitimate business at this point.
