Canceled my policy without notice, and they was rudely to get off the phone

Their client was 100% at fault They made a reservation for being a rental and did not pay for the collision and damaged which equaled to $20 per day Plus tax for the past 17 to 18 days Which left me with a balance at the rental company….this whole insurance company is a let down….

Very bad attitude from their customer service agents, after I stayed on the phone for almost an hour to talk to them, this lady just picked the phone and I didn't even finish talking and she hung up on me
