Took my son today, it closes at 6, checked him in online, arrived at 525, but the door was locked, no one would answer the phone

I have been to Sports Clips many many times from my freshman to junior year as it's the closest location. Once every year this one barber (who shall not be named) gives me a buzz cut when I specifically said a 2 on the side and back and just enough to comb on the top. When will she ever get it right. Sometimes its good but I get charged $30 for a basic buzz cut: overpriced. This is not acceptable. I will be finding another barber.

I had MVP Kaylli , she is an amazing and very professiona I went out of there very happy with everything the treats, and the service and everything was amazing is more and beyond. Thank you very much. Definitely I’ll be coming more. I highly recommended even if you just go for a hot towel and a massage that’s gonna make your day happier as it did to me ♥️♥️

I was told to be there no later than 5:30 pm to check in, however, when I arrived the door was locked. I could see a guy waiting inside, but when I tried to call they wouldn't answer the phone. Why lie, just say you had too many customers and save me the 5-mile drive.

Loud loud loud. It's probably due to the ceilings being open with no insulation and the sound bounces off the walls and floor. Sometimes the wait is extremely long. Just a different set up now. None of the previous hairstylists are there any longer. But I'm guessing it's normal in this line of work.
