Went in to get my son's hair fixed, from a rough hair cut done previous night. I wish I could remember names better, but I know her name started with a K. With a little assistance from another too. They did an amazing job. I can't thank them enough!

I made an appointment online, showed up at 6:40pm and Coco told me that I have to be in the store before 6:30pm to have a haircut. The manager has told me that as long as you are in the store before closing, they can accept you. This is now the 2nd time this has happened. Horrible customer service.

Checked in on the App. Very fast once I arrived and Lili was awesome! Very polite and kind; she really knows how to give a great haircut. Definitely suggest the MVP, it’s worth it. I’ll be back for sure and will be requesting her again.

Kind staff. We watched sailing while she fixed my hair from another shops mistake lol. My stylist said she watches tv on her commute… I won’t say her name but if she sees this, please try a podcast or make sure you are at least buckling up! IykykI’m happy and will come back :)

The most overrated salon experience that I've ever had.Although the people were very friendly, the service and style leaves much to be desired. I came out of there looking like a cross between Herman Munster, and Farrah Fawcett. No one asked how I wore my hair, befor it was styled, it was barely dampened before it wa cut, and product was offered to put into it either. And, this is a pet peeve of mine, I don't like to be waited on by some tatted up, middle-aged biker chick. I will not return, ever, to any location.Service: Hairstyling

I gave a 3 because she tried. I don’t know her name. But she literally said, “ It been awhile since I cut, You know.” And when she said that, she meant black people hair. I only went up there cause it was free. I wasn’t expecting it to be the best. But I thought if you work in any barbershop/ hair salon, you should know how to cut any type of hair. Or at least have someone in the store that can. They she was brushing my hair like she erasing a chalk board. If you are a person that doesn’t have long flowing hair, have specific instructions with pictures when going here or go somewhere your peers advised.Service: Haircut

I've been here twice before and had good haircuts. I really liked the girl that cut my hair the first time I was there, but by the next time I needed my haircut she had already left. The next girl did a good job too, but today when I needed a haircut, she was gone too. It seems like they have a high turnover rate. Today I gave the same instructions to the girl that cut my hair. She buzzed my head. No scissors, only the buzzer. When I said something, she said I didn't tell her to use scissors on the top. You would think that she would have known by looking at my hair, the way I like it styled. Then she kept buzzing me to "even it out." It will take about three months or more to recover form this disaster, and in the mean time I have my son's wedding in December. Needless to say, I will not be going back. This was the absolute worst haircut I have ever had. I hate it.Service: Haircut
