Went into the store to add 2 lines and buy 2 new S24 ultras. It felt like I was talking to a child, the associate was complaining about being tired and needing caffeine, didnt seem to care that I was there. Tried to complete my upgrade but ultimately left because they told me what I wanted to do was not possible. Went to Johnson Ferry store and they were extremely helpful and got me what I wanted.

Phone upgrade shouldn’t include cramming an Apple Watch special down my throat.Salesperson brought out the upgrade phone with an Apple Watch, and proceeded to insist that I purchased the watch because of the special. I told her I already have a Watch and do not need it. So she decided to insist I buy the watch for my girlfriend who was with me, to which the answer was again NO. After being told we do not want to watch for a second time, the salesperson said we should buy if for my preteen kid who was also with us, and again I said NO. The salesperson continued to pressure us to purchase the watch for another few minutes before finally giving up, and then turning into a completely rude person who all but stopped speaking to us. Then after the sale when there was an issue with the phone transfer, we were immediately ignored and told to go somewhere else.Whoever owns and/or manages this location needs to STOP this behavior. This horrible exper is on YOU the OWNER / MANAGEMENT. Stop training your sales people to force add-ons on your customers. It is VERY VERY POOR customer service.

I always have a great experience at this store. The staff are friendly, enthusiastic, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products and services. We've had especially great experiences with Egypt - working with her brightens your day! Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, customer service here is not to be trusted. Three visits to pick up my phone which I saw there the first two visits, and on the third all I get was “sorry, we sold it to someone else.”

I was upgrading a device. Just a few hours after I upgraded, my wife discovered a better deal. So I researched the return policy. I quickly called the store to notify them that would be in the next day to return the phone. The very next day, I returned to the store. They told me my phone was already sent back and that I couldn't return it. I find it hard to believe. I am also done with T-Mobile. From what I understand once you trade in a phone, it is considered T-Mobile property. Why have a return policy then? Buyers be aware. I called customer service twice about this, and they have yet to return my call. I spoke with the manager at the store, and she was matter-of-fact and not very receptive to my dilemma. I have been a loyal customer for many years and have noticed a drastic decrease in customer service. We have had random programs not authorized by myself added to my account by a salesperson. I'll shop around and find another service provider who will do what's right for their customers. Bye T-Mobile.

Too busy to talk to customers. They are so pre occupied with themselves they are very rude to customers. Not sure if this is tmobile way of doing business or this is this particular location, but they behave like they are doing you a favor by your giving them your business. I’ve been t mobile customer for over 10 years and I am about to rethink my choice of providers. DISAPPOINTING!

Thank you JaQuan, Ana, and especially Genesis today for getting me set up with my new phone and carrier, and dealing with a crazy number porting issue. Genesis is one of the most professional, patient, and gracious customer service representatives I have ever had the pleasure to meet. This T-mobile location is excellent.

Walked into this location hoping to upgrade or at the very least put in an order for the new 14 Pro Max but I wasn’t even greeted by a single associate. I wasn’t even acknowledged. Even after waiting ans making eye contact with several different associate, I was still not greeted or even acknowledged. One of the plus sized female associates came from the back and I thought she would assiste but instead she went to another associate who was already belong another customer. Highly unprofessional and rude behavior, which will lead me to go out of my way to another location. I’d give them zero stars if I could.

Amazingly helpful in a pinch. This location was quiet on a Sunday night and worth the visit. They helped us in a timely manner and answered some questions! Worth the visit.

Went in and ported my number to a new phone and bought an Apple Watch too. Charged me to activate each line. Got the bill and they charged me for three lines instead of two. The line to the watch was never set up or synced and the line to the phone that was ported over wasn’t working either because they had to set up a temporary line. I went back to the store three times to try to fix the mistakes and on the third time asked to talk to the manager Fabian who apologized but wouldn’t refund my activation fees. I said why am I paying for you guys to set all this up wrong?!?! And charge me extra on my bill for a non existent line! He merely said we all make mistakes and we’ll fix it but we won’t refund your charges. What?!? So you make mistakes and make the customer pay it? I tried returning everything out of frustration because it’s been 10 days of headaches and he said there would be a restocking fee. Lesson learned. Go somewhere else unless you want to spend your free time arguing with people who don’t believe in accountability.
