Sent a print job to a different location on Monday night and they could not fulfill it by the end of the day Tuesday but didn't let me know until I showed up at their location at 7:30 p.m. So I contacted this store and spoke with Reed, who told me that I could send it to her and she would get it taken care of for me. I showed up about a half an hour later and it was all ready to go. Thank you Reed!

Staples has a wide variety of products, everything the home office needs, certainly, and I was impressed as well to see counters to TSA precheck, passport services, and other needs of teh 21st century.

I just wanted some staples, but this store, like many others, is kept so leanly staffed that the only register that was opened, and that was in the printing center. Those employees were having to help people with complicated printing/copying projects. I ended up giving up and just ordering them online. I would prefer to shop at a store in my neighborhood as I like browsing, etc but when stores are so understaffed that they can't function what's the purpose? The overburdened employees were trying so hard.

Having recently made the leap from Neanderthal to Cro-Magon and having also discovered the wonders of my opposable thumbs, I have bravely exercised my surprising skill at point and click cruising of the information highway! Sadly, I recently had an equipment failure that sidelined me! My faithful HP failed me! So, off to Stapels I went! Imagine, they understand my HP! And, while they are all things techie, they are not embarrassed to take time with a mere point and clicker! In short order they were able to get my faithful HP back up and running at warp speed! This Staples is just the sort of enterprise that I can trust! I'd recommend anyone and everyone to take their Dell or HP or whatever and drive over to Staples for whatever meets your needs. This tech stuff is not so hard. Why, from what I learned at Stapels, even a caveman can do it!

I visited this store today with the intent of printing headshots and resumes. I also had a ton of office supplies to buy. I approached the staff at the printing counter to ask questions about what paper I should use for headshots and the best way to print my content. The person didn’t answer my question only saying that I should probably use “self service” resources and that they were “trying not to do any rush orders today”. So I left and drove to a competitor and got the help I needed, completed the printing and while waiting visited another retailer for the other supplies I needed.. I wouldn’t recommend Staples for printing because they really don’t appear to want to be in this business. Because they don’t want my business, I just opened an account with an online retailer for my company. I would avoid this store if you want a good experience.
