Awful service at print counter

Both my spouse and myself went here for TSA Pre Check. My application was a little more difficult and Mimi was so helpful in advising me what paperwork I would need to successfully process my application. We watched as she so efficiently executed her duties with each applicant. She is genuinely an asset to your company. I did have to return the following day to complete my application and Mimi was once again so helpful.

Please set hours you can keep. I don't care if you want to close at 8:30, 8, whenever - but when I get an email that says I can pick up my pre paid print job until 9, the website says 9, and Google maps says 9, why are employees locking the door and standing inside waiting for "close"?Awkward and uncomfortable experience that wasted 45 minutes of my time to get to.

I had a pre check appointment scheduled there and after spending over 45 minutes to get there I'm told the system is down. I asked why did no one call me and let me know? The response was take it up with homeland security it was their fault. Well... 1.) That's not a good answer. 2.) It's on the locations to call the customers with appointments to let them know their machine is not working. 3.) I called another location and their machine is working just fine. Though I was not able to get a spot today. 4.) I now have to refill out all the paperwork again since my appointment is past.So once again a bunch of inconsiderate people.

This is a review of Staples as an Amazon Drop Off Location – Terrible! I have been here a few times to drop off packages. They don't have staff dedicated to the drop off. It typically takes 20+ minutes of waiting before you can drop off the package. Every time I went the receipt printer was not working. The print shop employees are working the print shop area and don't come over to help unless the entire queue of print shop customers is complete. The store needs to dedicate staff to the amazon drop off line if they are going to be a partner with Amazon.

Rude print staff. Waited 38 minutes to have something printed. Only for the young lady in the glasses to rudely tell me at checkout this isn’t normally something they do on the spot. Had she told me when I first got to the counter, I would have happily dropped off and come back later. They can’t focus on one customer at a time, jumping back and forth between several. Understaffed and unable to multitask.

I needed to get posters for an event done and was really worried that I wouldn't find a place in time. Thanks to Jeannie and the rest of her team everything was done ahead of schedule and came out looking great!

Evonne, as Print and Marketing Supervisor, and Louis, her General Manager, were a blessing as I prepared for an important presentation about Orange Duffel Bag Initiative and our programs serving young people in foster care! Not only were our materials beautiful, but Louis took the time to ask about our program and share with me about Staples' program providing work experience for foster youth!

The staff at this Staples location is exceptional. I have recently starting going there about once/week for Amazon returns (as I'm sure many others in the area have too). Although this is a new process for both the staff and me, they have been very friendly and patient with me. Louis especially has been great. He gave me a coupon today to go towards any purchase and he directed me to the clearance section (which I didn't know existed). Because of that, I was able to find some great little gifts for my family there. I highly recommend this Staples location for more than just Amazon returns!

Had to locate the associate who finally helped me. He climbed a ladder to find what should have been on a shelf-he could not locate the item. I shopped for an addidtional 10 minutes, could find nothing I needed; I shopped for the wife, paid and departed without what I truly needed~

I am having good experience at this Staples during my each visit interaction with different associates.They are willing to understand your need, give proper directions, prompt in service and courteous even under work pressure of multiple customers at the same time.
