Bought an old Jaguar and we worked out a "we-owe". The car had taken on some damage from sitting for years. Salesman, Ray, said it could take three weeks and it ended up taking 5 months which is fine. They took it to various shops to get the best deal on the work which is fine. The work done was expensive and time consuming like a big brake job, extensive engine work, and a rebuilt power steering rack. I consistently asked for receipts of the work done throughout and was told I would get those records.Ray texts me that the car is ready and he is out of town. I show up to someone rushing over to Sullivan's to unlock the door for me so I can sign the "we-owe" - none of which can be verified. The car is sitting outside losing air in the tires, the oil is low, and the fuel is so low they followed me to the gas station. There are belts and fuses and parts in the car and the trunk. I have no clue what was done to this car, but I'm actually pleasantly surprised! I love the guys at Enzo's and I love the car. However, this is a review of Sullivan's, and since picking up the car and having more repairs done I've tried asking both Ray and Brad Sullivan for receipts and it seems like they have both ghosted me. I believe the previous reviews about them lying to your face and delivering cars with undisclosed problems are true.I'm not disputing anything- just asking for verifiable information if they even followed through on the "we-owe" agreement. I love the car- its too bad the people at Sullivan's just don't care. When information is hidden and you don't respond to customers, then they think the worst in their head. I think the truth is just that I didn't spend much money, they had to put a lot of money into this car, and they just don't care. They aren't at all worried that they wrote down that they would do an oil change, change out belts, flush the coolant, etc in a written contract, and that none of that work can be verified with receipts. They are just having fun playing pretend big time business men exotic car dealers over there at Sullivan's.Ray ended up saying that those records are released "at the owners discretion". "The owner" has not responded at all after giving him 24 hours, so now I'm relieved to document this experience, cut them off, and move on.

They scratched the paint on my Range Rover and denied it! Also very expensive for the detailing. Should have gone somewhere else!!!

I had my Camry detailed here 5/26/20 .We used my car for delivering and catering for our business until we could get a truck. It was a royal mess, deep set in stains on all the seats. Scratches on the trunk, and all over the sides of the car! When I tell you , my car looked AMAZING, it is an understatement! The seats were unbelievably cleaned. The wax job made my car look new!!! Take your car here and Shane will give you great professional service.

I have bought 12 cars from Sullivan auto. They all have been great. I recently purchased a CJ-7 that needed some more work than expected, so Brad and his team helped and made it even better than expected. I will continue to use Sullivan Auto. Also amazing showroom.

I was recommended to Sullivan by my father and brother, and I am so thankful, I took their advice! I took my car here and the service was beyond amazing! When I first pulled up, I was greeted with smiles and a willingness to help! I explained to them, what I needed for my car, we discussed pricing and after that, they took over! I am very big on customer service, so I was attentive on how I was treated, how attentive they were to my needs and how they were willing to go above and beyond! From beginning to end, they were complete professionals! I thank you all from the bottom of my heart, at the time and work you put into detailing my car! I was so pleased, I even inquired on more work (minor cosmetics) to be competed at a later date! I will be back and can not wait to spread the word! Thanks again!!! Sullivan autos are a great team of super professional people. I have bought a car from them and have been using them since then for various tasks including car detailing and maintenance. Recently purchased a 2006 Jetta from them. Odd find at a place selling Jaguars, Teslas, and Land Rovers but it was apparently a trade in. They were cordial and cooperative when we had issues transferring funds and handled everything they needed. They were honestly a breath of fresh air after talking with 4 other places and being presented with cars that simply were not worth the amount they were asking. I will certainly be checking here first in the future just to see if they have any other out-of-place trade-ins.

I had a full paint correction and ceramic coat done on my Boss 302. All I can say it wow. I hardly drive the car because of its limit number and it looked better then new. You can tell that detail and quality is done at the highest standard. I would highly recommend Sullivan Auto Detailing.

I recently purchased an Aston Martin Rapide, sight unseen. I've had excellent experiences with other dealers in the past, but this time, not so much. The original Ad showed the auto with a different set of wheels than what was currently on it. I negotiated a deal which would include both sets of wheels and tires. I also asked for full disclosure on any imperfections on the car. Only small scratches by the gas cap were identified. I agreed to pay for an enclosed trailer for delivery and separate shipping for the second set of wheels. The wheels came first, improperly wrapped and protected. They were damaged upon arrival. The tires were on the rims, but the TPMS sensors and stems were removed. This was not expected nor discussed. After a three week delay and an increase in shipping cost, the car came. Three of the four side marker lights and one fender directional light was burnt out. There must have been an attempted break in, because a chunk of glass was chipped out of the passenger window. The car was also shipped with a dead battery. It needed replacement after sitting in a garage for a few days. The title wasn't received until a week following delivery. The bottom line: poor communication, poor customer service and dishonesty due to lack of disclosure.

My husband took our SUV to be fully washed and detailed before we shipped it overseas. The owner was so helpful and diligent about making sure he met all the shipping standards. They really went above and beyond! Plus their prices were GREAT compared to similar services in the area. 5 stars really doesn't do it justice considering our car looks better now than when we bought it. Highly recommend!
