No one ever answers when you call this branch and when you leave a voice mail, no one ever calls you back. And then I call the main Truist customer service number saying I need to cancel my safety deposit box, they say only that local branch can help you. I live almost 2 hours away. Its very annoying I have to keep driving back and forth to this location simply because I can not reach anyone and no one will call me back.

Very disappointing experience on 8/15/23. Walking in around 445p. The Hispanic teller(Leslie is her name, I think) proceeded to assist me with a cashiers check. She looked at my account and said it was closed. I was very confused as I have been able to transfer and deposit money consistently since opening my account in May. She then asked has my account been a $0 or then pending transactions, I said no and still confused because there was available funds in my account. She then says oh I’m not sure but it will not let me type anything so I can’t give you cashiers check, but you can come back in the morning and see if we can do. I then call customer service and ask if my account is closed and they said no it active and no sure why the teller told me that. I get it, it’s the end of the day you don’t want to assist people, but to lie and tell me my account is close especially if I have fund in my account made me very upset. I did stop by the next day and spoke with Victoria and she also confirmed my account was active and in good standing. Overall this was a terrible experience as this is my first time at this location and if I have to deal with things like this, I would rather close my account.

As a long time Truist customer I was shocked and disappointed at how unprofessional and rude the female employee was at the drive-through window today. (7/31/23 230pm) I don’t think it was wrong that I pressed the call button after sitting at the drive-through for 11 minutes with no acknowledgment of my presence. Additionally, I called the telephone number for that location multiple times and no one answered the phone (plus you’re not able to leave a message for the manager) I will not be returning to this location, which is unfortunate as it is very convenient to my house.

My experience with Truist Bank has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I opened an account with them, I encountered serious security flaws that have left me frustrated and concerned about the safety of my personal information.Immediately after setting up my online banking, I encountered an error that prevented me from accessing my account. When I reached out to their customer support, they informed me that my Social Security Number (SSN) didn't match their records and instructed me to visit a branch in person. I complied and visited the bank, where a staff member confirmed that my SSN was incorrect in their system. I was appalled, as I had personally handed over a hard copy of my SSN during the account opening process. This raises serious doubts about the bank's security protocols and makes me question the safety of my sensitive data in their hands. To make matters worse, the bank informed me that they could not keep my account open due to the SSN issue and assured me that my initial deposit would be mailed back to me with an explanation for the account closure. However, to this day, I have not received any mail from them regarding the closure, but instead, I have received statements indicating that my account is still active. This inconsistency is not only confusing but also raises concerns about their competency and ability to handle basic account management tasks. In an attempt to rectify the situation, I have made multiple visits to the bank seeking help from their staff, but each time I have been met with unhelpful and unresponsive attitudes. They promised to call their online customer care department on my behalf, only to discover that the department was closed on the day they called. It's evident that Truist Bank lacks the necessary infrastructure and support to address customer issues effectively. To add insult to injury, despite my account being in a state of confusion, the bank has charged me maintenance fees multiple times. This is beyond unacceptable, as I am not even sure whether my account is open or closed. The lack of accountability and transparency on their part is appalling and has left me deeply disappointed with the overall experience.Overall, my encounter with Truist Bank has been nothing short of a nightmare. The serious security flaws, the inability to resolve the SSN issue, the lack of communication, and the unjustified maintenance fees have culminated in the worst banking experience I have ever had. I strongly advise others to think twice before entrusting their money and personal information to Truist Bank. They clearly have significant shortcomings in their systems, processes, and customer service, making them an unreliable and frustrating institution to deal with.

Horrible, slow service. No sense of urgency for the drive through. Can easily plan a 5 to 10 minute wait once at the drive through teller!

The employees are perfectly friendly and capable, I’ve had no problems any time I’ve banked at this location.

I am probably gonna change away from truist cuz of this place. It has taken 20 minutes just to make a deposit at the window. It is like this literally every time I come here and I'm fed up with it.

I came into the bank before 3pm and asked to speak with a bank manager. The Hispanic girl with the short Black hair stated that she would check to see if the branch manager was available. 10 minutes went by without an update. I went back up to request the manager and I was told that he was in a managers meeting from 3pm until the end of the business day. If the manager is a short, Hispanic man with glasses, I saw him walking around before I spoke to the agent. Then at 3:08pm, I saw him walk out of his office and go into a different room. Now, I’m not an expert, but best practices is to speak with a customer that requests to see you. Even if I had to wait for an agent, that would have been fine. Then, the manager walked past me again, but he was supposed to be in a meeting. Finally at, 3:10, a Black lady with glasses and a head wrap stated that she can’t see anyone without an appointment. This is completely unacceptable and poor customer service. Another customer was waiting before I came in, and no one notified him nor me that we couldn’t be seen without an appointment. I told the Black lady that was unacceptable and her excuse was we were helping other people and that the manager walking around is not available. However, she was standing behind the Hispanic teller when I can in. No one greeted me or the customer that came behind me and no one asked if we had an appointment. I basically wasted 30 mins in the bank without any support. I have been dealing with online banking issues for months now. I’m am super close to contacting corporate at this point. The business side of things is so disorganized. I am convinced that Truist has incompetent people working for them.

WORST experience as a small business. Since with the bank for over a year we’ve put over $1,000,000 through the account. They have held over $40,000 for over 2 weeks for potential fraud where the checks are clearly written out to my business and have been in the same way since we’ve started. They forced my customer to come to a bank 40 min from where he lived to confirm we were not committing fraud. How does that look as a business? THEN when he came they said that department was closed on Saturdays. On top of that while holding the money, blocking my account from other funds FOR NO REASON they are charging for overdraft fees while we wait. Doesn’t matter if they are a bid company, this has to be considered fraud on their part and will have people look into this. You can’t hold my money hostage

This branch is just terrible. Always understaffed with one teller. And now you can’t get rolled coin change. How in the world are you supposed to operate a retail business and not be able to get change? I understand when there was the change shortage but even when there was a shortage you could just get limited amounts. This branch now tells you “we don’t have any idea when we will get coins or what we’re getting when they come in”. I’m sorry but that’s just unacceptable. I will be switching banks.
