“I wish I’d gotten the cashier’s name who helped me today, but I just wanted to give him a huge shoutout. I have severe OCD and normally I’m able to fight it but today wasn’t one of them. It’s silly, but I have to have everything in twos. Everything. And when I accidentally picked up seven paper bags instead of six, I started to panic and asked him to please remove one or let me add another one. He didn’t miss a single beat. Just smiled and said, “I already took it off.” I don’t think I even said thank you or anything. I’ve been called crazy (and internalized that, unfortunately) my whole life and have had friends and family pick on me by activating my triggers that I’ve told them about, so I really can’t express how much something that simple meant to me. It’s the little acts of kindness and compassion that make the world a better place. So thank you. Thank you for not judging me and thank you for being a safe person.”

“Customer service isn't all that. The greeting isn't there. Expensive but you'll find things you need. Pastry is awesome. Deli is okay. Sometimes the food isn't fresh..e.g. the chicken or sides.”

“Finding a good, consistent hero or “submarine sandwich” in this town can be challenging. For price point its the place, but for me, it’s their bread that does it. Nicole in the deli area was happy, focused and even cut her own deli paper to get the job done. She suggested the kosher deli pickles for my Italian sub, which made it. Mark at the front door was key in making a point about their reward program. Always good here.”

“I had a birthday party for my daughter this past weekend and I spoke with the most kind ladies, Tracy, Star and I believe Andrea, I can't remember her name but when my husband got home with the platters, it was not what I had ordered. I only wanted turkey and roast beef for the sub sandwiches and the croissants were supposed to be chicken salad only, instead I also got tuna salad and egg salad, but I will say that the egg croissant salad was delicious so im not completely upset about that since those were a hit but it would have been nice to get my order correct.”
