“I wish I’d gotten the cashier’s name who helped me today, but I just wanted to give him a huge shoutout. I have severe OCD and normally I’m able to fight it but today wasn’t one of them. It’s silly, but I have to have everything in twos. Everything. And when I accidentally picked up seven paper bags instead of six, I started to panic and asked him to please remove one or let me add another one. He didn’t miss a single beat. Just smiled and said, “I already took it off.” I don’t think I even said thank you or anything. I’ve been called crazy (and internalized that, unfortunately) my whole life and have had friends and family pick on me by activating my triggers that I’ve told them about, so I really can’t express how much something that simple meant to me. It’s the little acts of kindness and compassion that make the world a better place. So thank you. Thank you for not judging me and thank you for being a safe person.”

“Always a surprise in the misc. isle. Good produce and prices. Cat food is cheaper than most places..... If it is in stock. Only problem is they seem to not want to put employees at the front. Only 1 register open and sometimes long lines.”

“I usually don't shop here, but they carry a few items that aren't available everywhere. I would visit the bakery often, then I noticed my pants were getting tighter. The store seems well-stocked, clean, and has pleasant employees. Being single and retired i appreciate self-checkout.”

“Our go to Publix. Large, clean, with fresh meat/poultry/seafood/produce & we’ve yet to find an expired product on any shelf. Sub line goes quick at lunchtime & the order ahead to pickup option is great.
Only minor complaint is not about Publix, but the rude customer with 15+ items holding up the express (10 or fewer) line; there seem to be a lot who live in the area & I’d love to see them refused service in these instances until relocating to one of the many other lines they’re meant to utilize:)”

“The first time i came here i wasn’t too sure. I had the chicken breast plate with rice and beans, the chicken was so flavorful and you can tell they marinate the chicken a day before. The beans are home made, not from a can. The rice was okay.
I then tried their popusas & the best one was beans and cheese (frijol con queso). This was 10/10
The tortas are bomb hut my favorite meat is pastor! Hands down soooo well seasoned and not too crispy,cooked to perfection! 10/10 this is a hidden gem.
Lastly, look in their small cooler for the frozen chocolate strawberries, it’s the perfect dessert !”
“A busy place usually indicates good quality, value or both. Vegetable and fruit prices were very fair. Good variety for a small store. Meat section very well stocked, which is what I went for.”

“I like this Publix but some things are very expensive and just not as good as at Kroger
Example. The sushi is not as good as at Kroger east lake. The things that are better at Publix are things that aren't good for me like cakes and bread!!”

“I had a birthday party for my daughter this past weekend and I spoke with the most kind ladies, Tracy, Star and I believe Andrea, I can't remember her name but when my husband got home with the platters, it was not what I had ordered. I only wanted turkey and roast beef for the sub sandwiches and the croissants were supposed to be chicken salad only, instead I also got tuna salad and egg salad, but I will say that the egg croissant salad was delicious so im not completely upset about that since those were a hit but it would have been nice to get my order correct.”
