Check out their events online…Great stores and restaurants too! The Management/Event staff go above and beyond and the new “center green” is stunning. Nice and clean shopping center with a Barnes & Noble to browse in as your wife and kids spend all of your money in the numerous clothing and bric a brac shops.

Awesome place for families, various events and community get togethers. Highly suggest looking up what upcoming events they are hosting. Various restaurants and shopping places. We really enjoy going here as a family.

They just opened a very cool new internal "square" where they held a concert when I went. Nice event space and cool shops all around.

I would’ve given this place five stars, but we came here at 6pm to check out the free music Friday for a little while, but it wasn’t happening for some reason, ? even though the weather is fine! ?Ended up going to Tin lizzys for dinner. Good food there!!! Nice renovation, ? but they really need cushions for some of the seating!!! Can’t wait for the new area to open up!!! ?

Used to be a great place to shop. New outbuildings going up in what was the parking lot. I don't know where everyone will park now.

**BUYER BEWARE at College Station Sports** I’m a fan of The Avenue but everyone needs to be aware that College Station Sports does not allow returns — only exchanges or store credit. They do not tell you this at check out. There are no large / clear signs stating it.

A good upscale shopping center with many outlets. Parking at this time is difficult due to construction in the area.

The shops are awesome but the construction that is taking place makes traffic flow come to a grinding halt. If you need to go to Michaels or the kale me crazy you will have very limited parking. The weekends can make parking extremely stressful.
