Having been a serious weight lifter in my younger years I was skeptical of this program. I’m now a big big fan. The coaches are attentive so it’s safe , the technology is tailored to ensure you make steady progress in gaining strength and the results are amazing. This program is for any age. The owner Rob takes a personal interest in all the clients. The coaches are professional and equipped to motivate and encourage. Facility and environment is clean and inviting. I recommend EC highly.

It's only been a few weeks, but am loving the program. The 20 minute work out gets me home before 7 AM to start my day. The target on screen in front of me, at each station, keeps progress front and center. The one on one coaching during each session keeps me motivated. The short, but intense, 20 minute program keeps it possible. And the good kind of burn during and the wobbly limbs after keep it real.For those concerned with getting back into a gym post pandemic, the machines are wiped down and coaches wear masks.Rob, Justin, and Terez are all wonderful coaches with their own unique style. Rotating coaches gives me a different perspective on form and technique allowing for well rounded instruction.Oh and I love the texting platform for all communication. Everything! I love that it is an intimate workout so there aren’t tons of people “judging” and you are the trainers only focus. I love that the machines determine how much you lift and that you are done in 20 minutes. I especially enjoy De’Angelo and Steven. So encouraging.

I love that this workout is 20 min. Finding the time to workout was my biggest issue. Quality over quantity. I'm already starting to see results and feel much better. The coaches helped with my nutrition as well - which was a bonus.

What I love about The Exercise Coach is the results. I wanted to get stronger and fitter and this fits the bill. The personal attention is great to ensure that you're optimizing the exercises and the computer feedback tells you exactly what you need to do. I've definitely gained muscle definition and strength. There's nutritional support if you want it. While it's a quick visit, you're working hard the whole time. This is something you should try if you're spending a lot of time working out and not getting results. The coaches care about your success and optimize the programs to "shake it up." I would recommend The Exercise Coach to everybody and anybody looking for an efficient full body workout! The fact that each workout is only 20 minutes is amazing and easy to stay motivated for. After each workout, I always felt like I had pushed myself to my full maximum and really felt and saw the difference. The Excerbotic equipment is so easy to use and tracks your progress so you can see how much you’ve improved from each workout. But the staff is what really sets this place apart. Rob, Chaplin and D’Angelo are the best! They were ALWAYS welcoming, friendly and engaging, making each workout the best it can be. I was never one to enjoy working out or going to the gym, but The Exercise Coach is unlike any gym out there.
