Giving it a 2 instead of a 1 only because I really enjoyed my doctor and her nurse when I first met her in July. We scheduled out 3 months in advance for my appointment that was today. Yesterday, I had received a few phone calls that I wasn’t able to answer and my mail box was full. I walk into my appointment after waiting outside for a couple of minutes, waiting for the door to be unlocked. I tell her I’m here for my appointment and she then stated out she “called and called and called and called me and I didn’t answer and my voicemail was full. And if I was here for this certain thing they couldn’t help me because there was no one qualified” I leave, because I’m obviously frustrated. And I walk back in and I ask her for resources. I also ask her when the doctor left. And it was 29 days before my visit. She then said it was my doctors job to inform me she was leaving and it wasn’t her job. The patients on the clinicians list should have been checked, weeks in advance and switched over to the right person to care for them. If they weren’t qualified, i could have gotten another appointment, with another doctor. I paid 100% out of pocket for my first visit. And luckily got an appointment somewhere else. I suggest hiring a receptionist that takes initiative in their work and actually care for people.when I called the main office I was told that it was happening a lot at this location. The lady that helped me at the Atlanta location did an amazing job at helping me. I will be calling to make a formal complaint

Dr Driese is a very concerned and caring doctor. She listens to what you have to say and together, will come up with a treatment plan.

I was there this week and I am very happy with the care I received. The doctor dedicated all the necessary time to me. She listened to me and I am very happy with my consultation with her. Dr. Arrington has an excellent bedside manner, is very responsive, and willing to listen and help based on your circumstances. Also, I was able to get an appointment in a very timely manner which is not the case everywhere. She is truly knowledgeable and great as a PCM.

Dr. Stacy D. Arrington has been my Primary physician for a few years & she is THE BEST!! The whole team there is awesome professionals, great patient service in person and over the phone. Hands down.
