AJ Voliton recently helped me close on a house in Dallas. He did a fabulous job especially the day we found THE House - we had gone to see a house nearby that was not a great fit- AJ suggested two houses near by that I had seen pictures of- if we hadn’t gone to see them that day I would not be living here now!!! Great realtor and an amazing team!!!

Lee Ann is seriously the best real estate agent in the entire Atlanta area. Thanks to her guidance, we were able to make the right minor remodels to our home to sell our house for tens of thousands of dollar more than we were originally hoping for when first deciding to sell.Our favorite things about working with Lee Ann:- She is incredibly knowledgeable about the market, and how to position a house to make it sell fast for top dollar.- She is insanely responsive, and was available at all hours of the day to answer our questions.- She make selling convenient. She handled all of the logistics of listing, staging, showing, and negotiating our home. We hardly had to do anything!- She goes the extra mile. There were many times when we had to get something done to the house (cleaning, remodel, etc) and Lee Ann helped us coordinate those services. How many real estate agents do that?!Bottom line... she is the best. Choosing Lee Ann as the agent to sell your home will be the best decision you've made all year.

I am so impressed with Lee Ann's knowledge and experience as I've come to know her and her business well over the past four years. They are equipped with staging furniture (at NO cost), market savvy and and know how. All of that doesn't matter to me as much as her heart to serve her clients and find the right home for their needs. I highly recommend Lee Ann and her team.
