I enrolled in the monthly wash plan, and have been using it for a few months now. I like that it allows unlimited washes, and the bays for vacuums have towels and sprays, which are very convenient and useful. The friendly staff keeps the area clean and tidy.

Buying the perpetual months wash is a great deal. Especially if you wash weekly. You can't overstate the convenience.

I had an amazing experience at Tidalwave Car Wash! The service was quick, efficient, and left my car looking spotless. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring every detail was covered. My car has never looked this clean, inside and out! The prices of the memberships are reasonable for the level of care and attention they provide. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly. Highly recommend!

These car washes are great but I absolutely cannot stand the attendant that tries to sell you a membership at the kiosk every single time and insists on pressing the buttons on the screen for you. I’d probably come more often if I knew I wasn’t going to have to deal with them. There should be “already know about the membership” entrance line

The hours are supposed to be 8am to 9pm. We got there at 8am but they did not open until 8:15 am. Terrible customer service. No apologies.
