Great staff, very clean, and effective car wash, but if you are not a "member" you have to go to the entrance where you can't even slide your own card. They have to give you the sales pitch about membership, and there is a camera watching the employees to make sure they do it, so not truly a "self-service" car wash. That is the only negative, but it is a big one for me.

I’ve used Tidal Wave Car washes in the past, but this time I was not impressed at all. Staff was incredibly rude. I payed for a premium wash and my car is still dirty. When I asked staff about a rewash due to unsatisfactory results they refused claiming that I should have bought their membership. I do not live in the area, therefore this is not a frequent car wash for me so I will not be buying a membership. Staff was incredibly rude about it. I’ve been to other locations where a re-wash has not be a problem on the handful of occasions the wash didn’t clean off my vehicle all the way.

Darius always goes above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I have a great experience at the Marietta location! Even ran to make sure my daughter got her lollipop! Definitely check out this location for the best service!!

Devin was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. My sunroof had leaked the last time I went through and when I explained that to him he went out of his way to seal it for me!

I absolutely love coming up here to get my car cleaned! The staff is always so helpful and friendly, especially Cameron. He is always the friendly face that helps me whenever I clean my car. Thank you so much for always being a helping hand sir! This location is the best one! I’ve been to a few but the location in Marietta near N Marietta Pkwy is the best! Thank you again! I never leave reviews but this was necessary because of the fact hard work they put in here!

Devin has been incredible each time I visit Tidal! He is always so willing to help and creates a wonderful experience. I’ve never experienced anything like that at any car wash ever before! I will definitely continue to come back.

We have been here several times and the staff is always so friendly and accommodating. The wash is perfect, but the staff is what makes the experience worth coming back for. Devin is always kind enough to let my 3 year old have TWO whole suckers ? We love this location and will continue to come back, simply because everyone is so wonderful to us.

If you want top-level customer service, come to Tidal Wave Auto Spa. Darrius and all of the staff members are very professional and very helpful when dealing with your vehicle’s cleanliness. I've been going to this location for a year and a half, and they always keep their equipment maintained and in the best running order. Bring your business here.
