This school did not do right by my son. They labeled him with autism and sent him home constantly with scars and bruises. At one point my son came home with a busted lip and no one called to check on him. I would not advise this place if you want your child to be safe. My son is now at a new school and he’s thriving. This school will label your child just to get rid of them. Please be aware! Also the teachers and staff are not on the same page. They lie and cover things up and they don’t have camera’s in all areas of the classroom. Be very cautious here!

Don’t know how to run her own daycare! She too busy trying to be funny didn’t know a whole student was outside the school building! Can we talk about calling the state! Unorganized dysfunctional place!

My son has been going to Toddler University for two weeks now and this was his first time ever being in daycare and we absolutely love it! Everybody is always so nice and welcoming and the best part is we get daily updates on what he’s doing from pictures to videos of everything he does through out the day! That has definitely made me feel so comfortable having him there knowing that any time i wonder what he’s doing i can just look on my phone and see pictures and videos of him! This was definitely a good choice!

This is a great school. Clean, affordable, consistent, and fun! My son has been going to this school for about two years. Every day he practices reading and writing, math, does experiments, plays outside, sings, and eats healthy food. He loved his teachers. They are caring, attentive, and truly love my son. I never worry because I know he is well care for and happy ?

I believe the owner truly means well, however, they hire young, unexperienced teachers so they can mold them. Nothing wrong with that, yet they know these young women don't know much about Bright From The Start guidelines, which is OK as long as training continues. My only hope is that the option of not having them fill out a W-2 and have taxes taken out of their paychecks has changed. These young women don't realize they have to pay those taxes at the end of the year. The owner is really passionate about quality childcare and is a entrepreneur that employs black women. I rated this review three stars because the owner didn't want to achieve a 3 Star Quality Rated program(the highest you can receive from the state of Ga), so she could get more government assistance. Can you really blame her? I have always said this school can be a national chain, Kudos to the growth! You got this.

I wouldn’t recommend this school , my son was here for almost a year and he did make some progress in learning his shapes, numbers and colors etc… love his teacher Ms.Tracy she was very very patient with him . Owner side and teacher wise I have nothing positive to say .. I feel like the some of the teachers there are a bit younger and I feel like they don’t really pay attention to the kids. My son was biting and hitting and acting out of the un normal which was very concerning to me , my sons father lives in New York so they tried to use that excuse that he only acts out when his dad comes which is un true , my sons behaves very well when his dad is around. I feel in my gut that the teachers were doing something to upset my child or making fun of him , he is now in a new school that I would highly highly recommend and hasn’t acted out or hit any of his teachers . If you are looking for patience choose a different daycare !

I have never seen a childcare center ran by a better person! Shana has amazing staff and they always make sure they are keeping the children well educated, entertained, and fed! The biggest thing that makes me happy with how things are going is the way they treat the children as if they are people have emotions and feelings and just overall human. I feel so great full for them. Thank you for taking care of these babies of ours like none other! ❤

The staff and the owner of this school is A-MAZING! I toured the center because I was interested in offering my services. Just so happen the day I came, I actually met with the owner. If I may say so myself, she is very passionate about her students and the direction she wants her center to go and grow in. I noticed a few comments about her requiring reviews. She does not require a review. But, kudos should be given when kudos are due. Reviews are marketing tactics. Anyone who knows anything about a business or owns a business understands the importance of them and asks clients for them.Toddler University is clean, it has a warm inviting feeling when you step in, the kids are happy and learning is taking place. Good Job Ms. Shana and keep up the good work

I am really glad that God sent me to this daycare for my daughter. I was teaching her before school but since she has been in this school she has really improved and comes home everyday telling my husband and I what she learned. These ladies really take care of the kids and they show their concern when something is wrong. This by far has been the best daycare since I moved here from Jacksonville. I would definitely recommend sending your kids here. You will definitely feel the love, not only for the kids but for the parents as well. I really appreciate them.

I've never seen a daycare/school that adheres to safety protocols so closely as the owner and employees do at Toddler University do! I love the way that they put the health and safety of all involved as a priority! The mini community that they have amongst the children and parents is so loving and that allows the children to have space to grow independently and have a good start in life before heading to bigger schools as well as be able to work as a team among others. I truly love what I've seen her at Toddler University! Did I mention the children actually leave excited about what they did and learned!! I LOVE IT!!

I found Toddler University from a Google search. My daughter's previous daycare closed in the middle of COVOD leaving us scrambling to find a new place. From the moment Ms. Shana answered the phone, to the virtual tour, to my daughter's day to day here, there was every bit of professionalism, care and compassion for the health and well being for the children while at the facility. This type of attention was what put me at ease leaving her at a new place. I didn't like that my daughter had to switch schools but now I look at it as a blessing in disguise!!! She absolutely LOVES it here!! Most of the time she doesn't even want to leave! She comes home with stories of what she learned, the things her and her friends have done, just so excited to share her day!! I love all of the different learning techniques they use and the love they have for each of the children. I truly appreciate them and HIGHLY recommend!!

My son Aiden went to this school on Saturday for the first time. He loved it! He was sad when his grandmother picked him up because he wanted to stay longer. If he loves something, it has to be good because he's picky to make happy sometimesThank you Toddler Uni.

Hi my name is Sharonda Nelson and i have been working with Toddler University for 4 Years now. My experience working here has been wonderful. I have had many growth opportunities. One of my favorite opportunities was being the acting director for two days. One of my most recent opportunities I've had was being able to go on a company paid business trip to the Childcare Success Summit in Orlando, Fl. Where i was able to hear Ron Clark speak.

The staff is phenomenal!! They genuinely care about your child. My son is still a crying mess sometimes but his face lights up when he sees his classmates whom all greets him in the mornings. I love the updates I received by staff and the progression my son has made since his first day.
