I've been with Tom Guckian State Farm for over 30 years. Although I haven't always been satisfied with the customer relations experiences and service received (hence the 3-star rating,) KAYLA has always been amazing! She is incredibly knowledgable, respectful, kind and patient with me in explaining answers to my many insurance questions. And she responds quickly to my requests for insurance documents needed from time to time. She's a keeper for sure!

Matter of fact, I'm stopping by tomorrow (or the day after) because I have a new question that will require that valued professionalism that keeps me going back for more!(Have you seen that commercial "Don't Mess With My Discount!" I’m not even leaving one star. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone, or State Farm in general! They’re charging me for months that I’ve paid? Granted I’ve gone in person all 3 months in a row (November 2018-January 2019) to pay my insurance, and they never told me anything!?! This could of easily been avoided! My whole family has had bad experiences! Hopefully soon I’ll be cancelling my insurance.

I have been having some concerns of late that does not get addressed. I asked to speak to Tom directly and never hear from him. At this point I’m looking to just transfer agents.

No wonder why their ratings are low and here is another one star for them.
Since I switched to them in February, their rate is going up every month with excuses that should have been said and documented upfront. They like to play around nickle and dime people, but I'm not that type of customer that will allow that. Horrible customer service and 3.months after I signed up with I will be switching in the next couple of days, if they think the way they do business is right they will not go far, there are too many agencies out there to compete with this dishonest one.

Horrible customer service. I have been a customer for over 4 years and every policy renewel the rates increase without cause. I recently added a vehicle to my policy and was charged a "policy change fee" by the agent, not State Farm. This resulted in my monthly payment nearly doubling (for a "short period" of 3 consecutive months). When I called State Farm I was told this is agent specific and they could not tell me why a loyal customer would be charged such an outrageous fee. I attempted to speak with my agent Tom Guckian about this, amongst other concerns, I did not receive a call back. I am now changing agents and may leave State Farm Due to this.
