Chucky and his crew (Kendre, Decarlo and Lante) were amazing. They had an amazing attitude throughout the move, were polite and very professional the entire time. Complete care was taken with all of our stuff. They got the work done incredibly quick and saved us $600-800 by doing so. I highly recommend using 2 Men - ask for Chucky’s crew - you won’t regret it.

My second excellent experience with the company. They were fast and did not mess around. No damage to any furniture as they were wrapped securely with shrink wrap.

This company was so friendly, professional and courteous. My first conversation was with Bill for the estimate who was as precise as he could be with the information I gave him. And their fee is very reasonable. Then there was the follow up with Christine in the office who was really sweet and reassuring. James and Christian were the movers and they did an amazing job. They were friendly, fast, and very careful with my items. They kept going until the work was completed. A couple days later, to my surprise, I got a follow up call from Christine in the office to be sure I was satisfied with my move. I have never used a moving company before and obviously I chose the right one. Two Men and a Truck is absolutely the company to use. I would give them 3 thumbs up, but I only have two.Thank you Two Men and a Truck. Keep providing that great service. I will be referring you to anyone I know that need a moving company.

Andre, KD, Marcel - THANK YOU!! We had a weird move - the kitchen stuff had to move to the basement and other large pieces, including a piano, had to go into storage. These young men did a great job - professional, funny, & respectful. Two Men and a Truck are the only movers we've used. We highly recommend them.

Kevin and Henry handled our move in a friendly, professional, and efficient matter. Had our entire 1 bed apartment moved and unloaded in a little over 2 hours. None of our belongings were damaged in the process. Pricing was affordable compared to other movers we’ve used in the past. Would definitely recommend.

We recently moved apartments and 2 Men and a Truck made the process super easy. The 2 movers (Henry and Kevin) were professional and efficient. There were 0 broken or scratched up items. Nothing was lost in the move and they got our whole apartment (washer, dryer, couches, 2 desks, bed, and about 30 boxes) moved in a little less than 2 hours. It was very affordable as well it was only around 600$ to make my life 200xs easier, definitely worth the price.Henry and Kevin deserve a raise and a shout out to whoever reads this they were great.

I hired Two Men and a Truck for a simple job to move a few pieces of heavy furniture out of a room we are turning into a nursery and it was terrible experience and mistake.Since some of this furniture was fairly expensive and nice, I decided to research and hire professionals which led me to Two Men and a Truck. The first thing that should have made me think twice was that there was never any confirmation the day before. I was told that they would show up in the afternoon after a prior job. After calling to confirm the morning of many times (with no answer), they did show up at 6pm which was within the window. The guys that showed up were completely exhausted after a full day move and looked ready to go home. They proceeded to move a dresser (without any prep or removing any drawers), complained about it being too heavy, and damaged multiple walls as well as scratched it within the first 20 minutes. No attempt was made to protect the furniture with pads or wrapping. They said their manager would call me Monday to discuss options (which they did not and I can only get voicemail when calling them). And then they proceeded to go upstairs and continue moving things, laughing and having a fun time moving without any regard for our house. After the move to add insult to injury, my wife who was not there during the move, pointed out that they had lied to me about something that they said was damaged prior – which in fact was not and we have pictures documenting.I’m sure that they have plenty of great moving crews, however, I would just ask that you to consider whether you want to pay premium moving prices and Russian Roulette your nice belongings and your home to have a chance that a crew of untrained, untrustworthy movers shows up for your appointment without any customer service afterwards. If this is not what you are looking for with your move which is why you are reading this, please take my advice: save your money, and look elsewhere!

Johnnie and his crew were awesome! They were careful with our things, friendly and polite, and incredibly hard workers! After working with them for a few days, they became like family!

Do not use Two Men and a Truck. They mislead contracts and fail to safely transport items. They will take advantage of you for profit and have terrible customer service standards. The movers arrived on time and were nice enough. However, they are obviously TRAINED to forego contractual transparency with customers. You are given 3 options for damage claims when it comes to broken items. I was not informed of ANY of these options, I was promptly pressured to sign pre-highlighted lines and was told I had to sign the option they pointed to since nothing they were transporting was over $20,000.00 in value. The movers also didn’t have accurate information from the office about what it was they were transporting, and where they were going. In hindsight, I should have had them explain the entire contract to me, but they are paid hourly and to be honest, I’m a trusting person and didn’t expect to be purposefully misled and taken advantage of.I was also given a paper with instructions for reimbursement upon any broken items and fully assured that the company would promptly reimburse any broken items. So, I didn’t feel like I needed to be alarmed. I was wrong.I had a drill-in dresser that I prepped for moving prior to their arrival by removing the drawers. I notified the staff that the dresser was meant for wall support and should be transported with care. They proceeded to put the drawers back into the dresser body (adding more weight) and wrapped it up and put it on the trolley. Then they bounced the dresser down the stairs. The guy called out to me and said the dresser was ‘flimsy’ to which I replied that it is a drill-in and needs to be carried. He then got the second mover and carried it to the truck.Upon arrival, the dresser was obviously broken and the drawer supports were broken. In frustration, the movers broke it even more because they couldn’t get it back together. I then asked them to leave it alone and fill out on the form that it was broken.I followed the claims process, to which I was informed by Christine Farlow that I would only be reimbursed .60 cents per pound. I asked that they reimburse even HALF of the value of the dresser (full value at $275.00) and they refuse to compromise after failing to do what they were paid to do and failing to maintain contractual transparency. They will only reimburse $45.00. I now have to replace the dresser and pay to have someone get it out of the house. $45.00 won’t even cover getting the dresser out. When given the opportunity to salvage their reputation and actually care for their customers, Christine Farlow and TMAAT actively decide to decline accountability - I understand accidents happen, and if treated fairly, would have felt much better about the whole situation. I even probably would consider using them again for a move. You learn a lot about a company based on how they handle mistakes, but instead they decided not to value customers.Save your time, save your money, go with a company that has higher standards for customer service and actually cares about its business.
